I don't know why I don't know much about CVs.
The most difficult thing about being a student is your own experience.
Because you're a new student, you don't have a lot of experience.
A lot of employers ask students to have 1-2 years of experience.
But I think that's not really true.
When it comes to CVs, I don't know much about skills.
When it comes to CVs, I don't know how to attract applicants.
My level of English is average.
So it's difficult.
I don't know if I can impress applicants.
When it comes to CVs, I don't know if I can impress applicants.
I don't know if I can attract applicants.
I don't know if I can impress applicants.
I don't know if I can attract applicants.
I don't know if I can impress applicants.
Welcome back to the second part of SBNC's Smart Money.
This is a series about the career of a student.
Welcome back.
Let's continue our discussion about CVs and interview.
In the first part, you mentioned that you have a lot of experience.
How do you record your experience on CVs?
You can record it too much, or too little.
If you record too much, you're afraid of bad impression.
If you record too little, you're afraid of bad impression.
What do you think about this?
How do you record your experience on CVs?
In terms of experience, there are two types of applicants.
First, new graduates who don't have much experience in their field.
Second, applicants who have experience in their field.
Don't worry too much about your experience.
In terms of initiative, effort, concentration, and preparation,
don't worry too much about it.
If you talk too much about your experience,
you shouldn't do that.
You have to understand yourself first.
In terms of your evaluation,
you can easily tell that you're talking too much about your experience.
That's not good.
Especially, the culture of HTV is community and development.
Community is one of the factors that we highly appreciate.
Nguyen, when you read CVs,
how do you find the keywords?
How do you evaluate the meaning of the words?
I'm impressed.
In the video clip,
if the boy has experience in selling flowers during Tet holiday,
that's also one of your skills when you talk to customers.
How do you advertise your product?
That's also one of your skills and experience.
It may not be directly related to the product you sell,
but you have experience in talking to customers.
That's also one of the things that customers are looking for
about opportunities for new students.
As Mr. Khanh mentioned about keywords,
for those who have experience,
it's easy for them to write down their skills,
where they got their phone number,
and their job.
For new students,
there are still a lot of limitations when it comes to getting a job.
It's not as beautiful as for those who have experience.
So we try to use keywords
to show our other skills,
such as talking in front of a crowd,
or leading a group
to do something for the school or the community.
A lot of students have questions about writing down their experience
and participating in outdoor activities.
My friend also has the same experience.
She also works as a teacher,
as a service worker,
and she also participates in outdoor activities.
The students' documents are quite similar,
so they want to be more impressive.
I wonder if you have any suggestions
on how to attract more users?
For example,
if you want to talk about projects,
you should choose 3 things that you like the most,
which are the 3 things that you feel that you really do.
In fact, when we say that we do projects,
we do outdoor activities,
but we only participate for fun.
We have to write down what we really do,
because in the interview,
Mr. Hoang, Ms. Nguyen,
and other managers will ask questions.
Secondly, we have to write down 3 skills
that are closely related to the job,
and the attitude.
For example, as a service worker,
you always have to face the pressure of the customer.
You have to write down the details
of what you really do,
what you really have,
and what you really own.
You don't just copy and paste it on the Internet.
You don't just look at it and stick to it.
You will be discovered in the next round,
which is the interview.
Here, I would like to go a little further.
On the CV, there is usually a goal of the job.
In the objective,
you often wonder how it is written,
because it is very easy to find a job that you like,
according to your ability.
I wonder when you read that part,
how does it usually impress you?
In my future career,
I should only determine,
look at it a little bit.
In the next 3 years,
I hope to become a person like that,
an employee like that.
If your business is about business,
in the next 3 years,
will you become an excellent business employee
or will you become a business manager?
In my opinion, it should be specific,
not general.
I just want a good job.
This is my ability.
Specific.
Because everyone wants a good job.
Exactly.
Everyone wants a good job,
but what kind of job do you like here?
I like a job that is a bit of a challenge.
For example, if you have a training experience
in another company or field,
but when you go to school,
you want to apply for a job in another field,
what will you do?
But we have to talk about a real reason
why I switched from A to B.
Because actually,
for new students,
switching from a small field
to a different one
is not a very important issue.
You have to explain the reason why.
Thank you.
We'll be back in a minute.
That was the second part of the story
about preparing for the interview
of Dong Tien Thong Minh
with the host of the show
Nhieu Ky Hang Trang Nghia Nghiep.
Please come back in a few minutes
for the next part of the story.
