"Last summer, during my journey to explore the unparalleled beauty of the Black Sea region, I had the opportunity to spend time again with Abdullah Amca. This documentary emerged entirely spontaneously. It narrates the story of a man, Abdullah Amca, who reflects on old times, nourishes himself organically, and leads a peaceful life alone on this mountain, independent of the outside world, through his daily activities.

In this documentary, we question the deep contrast between the chaos and stress of city life, filled with the complexities of modern living, and a free and peaceful life intertwined with nature, through the simple lifestyle of Abdullah Amca. Is true happiness and peace found among the high rises in cities, chasing after a good salary, or is it in embracing a simple and free life amidst nature?

The lifestyle of Abdullah Amca perhaps symbolizes a way of living that the modern world has forgotten but truly longs for. Watching, I realized that I too crave the simplicity and peace in Abdullah Amca's life in my own. Maybe the real 'primitiveness' increasingly reveals itself in our city lives as we move further away from nature and simple living.

This documentary not only tells the story of Abdullah Amca but also offers us an opportunity to reflect on what life means and what could be the source of true happiness. It challenges us to find our own happiness and peace without getting lost in the chaos of city life. Enjoy watching."
