Raising Ducks for Meat and Eggs | Processing & Making Pate, Broth and Roast Duck

I raise two types of ducks here on my small farm - khaki campbells and muscovies. I love the eggs from both birds and I harvest ducks for meat from the muscovies. In todays video I take a look at management of these birds in addition to my processing of the bird for meat (just briefly). I also show you how I roast duck, make duck broth and how to make a delicious dairy free duck liver pate!
