You will also feel energized, reduce aches and pains, be more confident, and even extend your lifespan. If others see your acts of kindness, they will also be filled with the same hormones as you. Kindness can be small gestures to help those around you. It doesn’t take much but can make a big difference. And those acts of kindness can start a chain of kind reaction that can spread our community.
