Mashup: House Republicans battle against Dem bill that prioritizes criminals over victims

Earlier this week, House Republicans fought against legislation (House Bill 2001) that would allow judges to reduce sentences of convicted criminals at a time when Washington is already facing a growing public safety crisis.
