Rep. Volz discusses his bill to help victims of wildfires in the rebuilding process

Rep. Mike Volz, R-Spokane, speaks before final passage of his bill that would provide assistance to people rebuilding their homes after a wildfire. House Bill 1899 calls for making assistance available to local governments, businesses, and individuals to repair or replace damaged or destroyed buildings in more energy efficient and environmentally friendly ways.
