you
hey this is Uncle Louie from the common
canes I'm gonna show you the stuff I
have I got a simple filter base block
without 800 watts this thing is pretty
amazing it's not really hooked up right
now but one thing I really like about
this is that there is no there's no
switch to be able to take it from take
it out of the country we do a lot of
travel overseas and it's basically built
from 100 to 240 watts so it can handle
anything I don't have to have to I don't
have to unscrew anything take it apart
or there's no switch in here it just
plugs in place and this can be made it
to just about any cabinet that's out
here and you won't lose any of the
quality it's freaking awesome
it's it's really similar to other app
modelers like Kemper out there but our
friends over at the filter Chris and
everybody back there they take care they
took really good care of us you probably
saw all the monsters here monster seems
to be the biggest beneficiary of this
but I'm super appreciative of my my base
block I also have there they've also got
eight to ten little base and this one I
actually use for keyboard which is right
here I have a rolling Gaia and I'm just
learning how to use them just where I
learned it picked it up for this tour
I've only got a couple of settings on
here I haven't really dove into it but
from the sounds that I do have right now
I'm pretty happy I forget the name of
the bass player I follow on on Instagram
right now but he was playing one of
these and so I just kind of looked it up
and it was in my you know price range of
what I could afford and so I went and
got it who actually got a pretty good
deal from
friends over at Roland made it made it
possible for us to get on this tour so
the the person we've added are basically
we've got it like we're playing like
three or four new songs that are haven't
been released and those are key
bass-heavy so I learned it for that and
then plus there's more things that I
plan on adding to the show with this I'm
probably gonna get another set another
set up so that I can have two and so
we'll see we'll see how this goes it's
this is kind of a whole new thing for me
right now
and I'm really loving it so this is my
baby right here skyline Lakeland
five-string what can I say about this
bass I mean other than I beat the
out of this bass
this thing has withstood about five
years now of a road life and it hasn't
like lost its tone I probably done the
cardinal sin of not change strings for
like a long time but the longer I don't
change strings they're warmer the tone
but this bass is this basis everything
there's not much I can really say about
it other than I love every feature
that's on here it allows me to you know
I could I can have like a music man
sound all the way to a warm fender tone
depending on you know where I where I
set the presets on here I'm not presets
but where I dial it in and right now I
have it my bass all the way up
trebles all the way back and mine is all
the way back sometimes I bring the mids
up just a little bit just to get some
some clarity and tone in there but for
the most part this is my settings right
here basses all the way up
trebles all the way off I'm splitting
both pickups evenly right down the
center
oh man 64 audio they came through with
us
got my Uncle Louie little box here but I
have
I have the 8:12 so there's 12 drivers in
here it really helps me it's almost like
listening to the CD depending on how I
how I dial in dialing my ears and what I
pull up and what I leave out but it's
two whole new world the clarity on these
things are pretty amazing I sweat a lot
so but it's still kind of still cuts
through and it doesn't hurt my ears so
that's all my gear make sure you go
check out quilter online obviously
Roland Lakeland is the only three real
gears I have hope and Galen Kruger my
bass cabs go check them out and then you
can also look look for us online
Facebook Instagram snapchat Twitter all
of it it's all out there for you guys to
go check out
you
