Ben Affleck Has Spirited Conversation with Jennifer Lopez at Movie Premiere
Ben Affleck tends to wear his emotions on his sleeves -- and he seemed to be doing exactly that at Jennifer Lopez's premiere ... where he looked a bit fired up while talking to his wifey.
As for the movie experience itself ... everyone seemed to love it and was really into seeing J Lo's life story on the silver screen. The leading lady herself even got onstage and gave a speech, bringing herself to tears as she talked about producing the biopic, of sorts.

This, thank you, this is a really kind of big emotional moment for me, um, this is me now.
I've overcome, okay. I know, I know that it's so okay. It's so okay, that's what's making me tear up.
Because thinking about the 20 year journey that this project inspired has brought me so much joy and so much,
it felt uphill and at the same time the best kind of uphill, the one where you really learn from it and get stronger to doing it.
You know when you're kind of like in the gym and you're like working out and you feel like, yeah, I'm really doing this shit right now.
It's really hard, but I'm doing it. And that's kind of how I felt making this.
You know, you have doubt and you have all these things, but you have voices in your head and you have voices out here
who are telling you you can't do things, or that you shouldn't do things, or that you shouldn't be afraid.
But what I've realized is that I have to show up as my authentic self every day. That's who I have to be. That's all I can be.
And that person, you know, has, you know, a lot of amazing things in them.
It has a lot of things that they need to work on and a lot of scars from the past and all kinds of things.
But I embrace that person today and that's where I've gotten to.
And I hope that this movie and this album gives you a little bit of what it gave to me,
which is hope and love and joy and happiness and inspiration.
