Rep. Bob Good (R-VA) leads a press conference held by the House Freedom Caucus calling on colleagues to not reauthorize the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act as it stands, saying it opens up citizens' 4th amendment rights to abuse.
During the briefing, Caucus members criticized the current structure of FISA while advocating for more protections for Americans from warrantless searches and the government's buying of data which would otherwise require a warrant, demanding changes be made to the law before any renewal.
