Feb 10, 2024

Rep. Travis Couture, R-Allyn, argues for an amendment to House Bill 2099, a bill requiring the state to help inmates and civilly committed individuals, including sexually violent predators (SVPs) from McNeil Island get a state ID card or Driver License when released from custody. Couture argued for an amendment that would state ID cards for SVPs to include a designation indicating they are sexually violent predators under state supervision.
