Northrop Grumman helped Taiwan produce its own 120mm tank shells, achieving freedom of 120mm and 30mm chain guns, and produced 50 AGM-154 glide bombs for Taiwan. The Pentagon signed a contract with Raytheon to help Taiwan become familiar with the performance of the shore-mounted Harpoon missile, and passed on the U.S. Military aid operation training system
