Hello everyone, welcome to the program.
Today we will talk about the sensitive movement in the Southeast China Sea.
Will Tsai I-chi's important position be replaced?
It is said that a bus in Beijing had a big explosion,
and it burned to the bone in the middle of the night.
Beijing promises to invest another $7 billion in steel.
The Chinese Communist Party is probably drawing a big picture again.
The 20th Sino-Chinese General Assembly of the Communist Party of China
was supposed to be held in October or November last year,
but the date of the meeting has not yet been determined.
In general, the Sino-Chinese General Assembly is a direction for the next economic development.
Therefore, the outside world has generally believed that
the Sino-Chinese General Assembly should not be held
because the Chinese Communist Party has not yet found a way to solve the economic decline.
But now there is a new interpretation.
Recent news shows that the power structure of the Southeast China Sea has changed a bit.
Tsai I-chi's important position may be replaced.
There must be a fight within the CCP's senior officials,
so the Sino-Chinese General Assembly has been postponed.
Recently, news from within the CCP system said
that Wang Xiaohong, the minister of the Communist Party's Ministry of Public Security,
may replace Tsai I-chi in charge of the Central Office.
Commentator Xu Ke said,
Wang Xiaohong's news of taking over the Central Office is still reliable.
There are the following two reasons.
One is that Wang Xiaohong became a secretary of the Central Secretary's Office
during the 20th CPC National Congress.
Two people from the Water and Political Affairs Department
entered the Central Secretary's Office at the same time.
The other person is Chen Wenqing, secretary of the Central Political and Legal Commission.
Wang Xiaohong entered the Central Secretary's Office in advance
to take over the Central Office in the future.
Second, the director of the Central Office is responsible for Xi Jinping's safety.
And when Xi was in Fujian earlier,
Wang Xiaohong was the deputy director of the Public Security Bureau of Fuzhou City.
It is said that Wang Xiaohong lived downstairs in Xi Jinping's house at the time,
because Peng Liyuan often went to performances in other places.
During his business trips,
he often sent his daughter Xi Mingze to live in Wang Xiaohong's house.
Wang Xiaohong is more experienced in the security front and violence containment than Tsai I-chi.
Why is Wang Xiaohong now in charge of the Central Office?
Xu Ke believes that it may be that Xi Jinping is now trapped inside and outside,
feeling insecure, and worried that the official Tsai I-chi cannot effectively protect himself.
If Wang Xiaohong replaces Tsai I-chi as the director of the Central Office,
Wang Xiaohong will be in charge of the Central Security Bureau and the Public Security Bureau.
These two departments are closely related to the safety of senior CCP officials.
Then Wang Xiaohong will have the upper hand.
The Central Security Bureau is responsible for the safety of political and international leaders,
and the Public Security Bureau is responsible for monitoring international leaders.
By then, Wang Xiaohong will be in full power.
After Tsai I-chi became in charge of the Central Office,
he continued to seize power and put pressure on the second person, Li Qiang.
Xu Ke believes that if Xi Jinping suddenly dies,
Tsai I-chi can completely block the South China Sea because he is the chief of staff,
and then fake the imperial edict,
and get the power of the Party Central Committee.
Li Qiang and others have no way to fight back.
If Wang Xiaohong replaces Tsai I-chi as director of the Central Office,
Tsai I-chi is like a weapon.
This arrangement may be Xi Jinping's scheme.
Play balance of power in proximity.
Avoid being overpowered by someone.
The outside world thinks that Wang Xiaohong is in a high position.
It looks like a prominent position.
In fact, he lives half a soldier like half a tiger.
As long as Xi Jinping is a little suspicious,
he will disappear, even like Qin Gang.
Once the regime changes, he will be liquidated.
The article finally wrote,
Of course, the personnel changes related to the high-level of the CCP are just rumors.
When will the Sino-China Full Council be held?
Will Xi Jinping simply not hold the Sino-China Full Council?
It is also possible.
But if it goes on like this, Xi Jinping's power will be further weakened.
There will definitely be changes in the party.
In addition, the Chinese New Year is coming.
Disasters continue everywhere.
Recently, a video showed
A bus in Beijing caught fire in the middle of the night.
There are only bones left.
There are many firetrucks and police cars on site.
The cause of the explosion is not known at present.
It is not clear about the damage.
The CCP official did not issue a notice.
On Feb. 4, WeChat Moments in mainland China
Social media platforms are all sending a video.
It was taken by a private car passenger in the water.
In the video,
There was an explosion in Guangqu Road outside Sichuan in Beijing the night before.
The video shows
A bus was burned to the bone.
There are many firetrucks in front and behind.
Dozens of police officers and firefighters are gathered around.
In the shot, a police officer said,
Don't shoot.
Take a private car and leave quickly.
Mr. Zhang, a Beijing citizen, told foreign reporters.
No casualties have been reported so far.
How many people have to die in a bus explosion?
Now the official will not report.
This Saturday is New Year's Eve.
I'm sure it won't be reported.
He said,
Now there are a few people on the street in Beijing.
Not security guards.
It's almost New Year's Eve.
It seems that the CCP authorities have started the maintenance mechanism again.
Recently, the CCP authorities have cut down on editing.
Because the finances are not good.
If it is not cut down, the government will collapse.
But the public security agencies responsible for maintenance
are not within the scope of cutting down.
The implementation plan for the Xiamen reform
has been circulating on the Internet recently.
It points out that the Xiamen Municipal Party-Government Organization
administrative editing is unified according to a 3% cut.
However, the public security and judicial departments
and the Xiamen Maritime Court
do not fall within the scope of a unified cut.
Former Beijing lawyer Lai Jianping said,
Because of the CCP's anti-corruption policy,
the people's courts are boiling.
The whole of China is like a volcano about to erupt.
To the point of making the CCP uneasy.
In the face of this kind of administration,
the CCP is more authoritarian than ever before.
China's Huagang Broadcasting Company announced on Jan. 27
that it will invest $70 billion in infrastructure projects
in Ganguo Democratic Republic.
Last month, the re-elected president of Ganguo,
Qi Saiketi, announced that
the $70 billion will be used for a road construction.
But analysts believe
the $70 billion is another pie in the sky for the CCP.
For many years, the CCP has promised
to help Ganguo get out of trouble in terms of infrastructure,
in exchange for a large-scale right to mine the same ore as Ganguo.
Ganguo is located in the middle of Africa and has 100 million people.
It is the world's largest ore producer
and provides 70% of the world's ore.
Ore is a key component of electric vehicles and mobile batteries.
At present, 80% of Ganguo's ore is operated by a Chinese company.
At the same time, Ganguo is also the world's third largest copper producer.
Its mining industry is also led by a Chinese company.
In 2008, the CCP reached an agreement with the Ganguo government.
China promised to invest $3 billion in Ganguo infrastructure,
to build 3,500-kilometer-long highways, railways,
31 hospitals with 150 beds,
145 medical centers, and two modern universities, etc.
In return, Ganguo's mining company
transferred 68% of its shares to a Chinese company,
allowing China to mine 10 million tons of copper
and 60 million tons of ore in exchange for all this.
Since 2015, China's Huagang Mining Company
has been mining copper and ore for China.
China has only completed a small part of the infrastructure project.
According to a report by the Ganguo Financial Supervision Bureau last year,
China only provided $8.22 billion,
and China promised to invest $3 billion.
The Ganguo Financial Supervision Bureau believes
that the value of the copper and ore mine may be severely underestimated.
Therefore, in February last year,
China asked China to increase its infrastructure investment to $2 billion.
After the two sides reached an agreement,
China recently promised to invest another $7 billion in Ganguo infrastructure.
Some experts at Ganguo said
that the lack of transparency in the new agreement was bad for Ganguo.
The existing problems have not yet been solved.
For example, where has China's investment gone
to build any projects in the mining and ore storage volume?
U.S. investment expert Mr. Sun said
that the CCP's usual approach is to use the power of the whole country to make money.
Whether it's the president of Ganguo himself
or the person in charge of the related project,
he will provide personal economic benefits
to keep the Chinese investment in the mining and ore storage project.
China's promise of investment has not actually been fulfilled
or partially fulfilled.
If you can cheat, you can cheat.
Now it seems that $7 billion is also a piece of cake.
It's likely to drag on like it did in the past,
and in the end it won't end.
If Ganguo can insist on investing $2 billion,
I'm afraid the CCP will have to agree in the end.
Because of the CCP's Belt and Road Initiative,
in addition to economic obstacles,
it also includes the entire diplomatic and political influence
and the competition between Western countries.
There are many factors involved.
Ganguo is one of the poorest countries in the world.
Transportation, medical and other basic facilities are very backward.
Mining development is very weak.
The CCP uses infrastructure to exchange for mining.
As of 2020,
Ganguo has 19 stock mining companies,
15 of which are Chinese companies
with full or partial equity.
A U.S. stock exchange survey shows
that among the large-scale infrastructure projects
promised by the CCP in the Belt and Road Initiative,
there are 42 mid- and low-income countries
who owe China more than 10% of their GDP.
Of these infrastructure projects,
35% are suspected of corruption,
violation of labor regulations,
environmental hazards and public protests.
For example, the TFM mine in Ganguo
is one of the world's largest stock mines.
After the TFM mine was acquired by a Chinese company,
it no longer follows the past system
but continues to operate for 24 hours a day.
There are deep pits that are being excavated everywhere
and dust that has been raised by land transport vehicles.
In the absence of air quality testing,
workers are required to climb into the acid tank for maintenance.
Safety accidents do happen.
Mr. Sun said
that companies in Western countries are investing in Ganguo
in terms of environmental protection and production safety,
which are carried out according to legal standards.
The cost is high.
Chinese companies don't care about human rights,
environmental protection and cheap mining.
It's very cheap.
If something happens,
they will use the same method in China.
The CCP is now sent there.
There are more and more armed personnel
to maintain mining safety.
They even shoot people.
The local people are very resentful.
OK, that's all for today.
