Urnes Wooden Church - World Heritage recognized by UNESCO

Urnes wooden church is a great world heritage recognized by UNESCO. There were nearly a thousand churches across Norway, although only a few of them still exist. Urnes is considered the most typical example of this style and it is still in great condition. And it is also a monumental location, lying on a hill overlooking the narrow - what a great place!
