Hi guys, it's Veronica from GoChef. I hope you're well. Why don't we make a rosemary
tea today? But first, let's talk about the benefits of this herb. It not only smells
heavenly and is excellent for a lot of recipes, it also has amazing benefits for your health.
Rosemary is full of antioxidants. It will help you flush out free radical toxins from
your body. It will also help you with digestion. It boosts your immune system. It's high in
vitamin C and high in vitamin A. And it has magnesium, potassium, and calcium. This helps
you regulate your blood sugar. It helps you lower blood pressure. And because of all the
antioxidants, it naturally helps you promote healthy brain, healthy heart, healthy liver.
Very, very good for you. It does have some side effects. This can cause menstruation.
So if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, I don't recommend that you be drinking rosemary
tea. Also, some people are allergic to it. So you got to be careful with that. Like everything,
you know, all these teas that I make for you guys, if you're, you know, taking medication
or if you're sick, please ask your doctor before taking any herbal teas. Let's make this. So we're
going to need about a teaspoon of leaves for a cup of tea. So I'm just going to eyeball it. I'm
just going to cover that and let it steep for about five minutes. I'm going to strain this into
a cup. Smells very beautiful. And here you have a cup of goodness that you can enjoy whenever you
want. It really has no side effects, except for what I told you. And yeah, you know, drink it once,
twice a week, every day after a meal, however you want. That is really, really pleasant. Mmm. Very
nice. Thanks for watching, guys. I really appreciate it. Stay healthy. I'll see you soon.
