Due to the time difference in tide levels between the Seto Inland Sea and the Kii Channel on both sides of the strait, the world's largest whirlpool group was born here.

When the tide comes, you can sometimes see a giant whirlpool with a diameter of about 30 meters, which is really spectacular!

四国德岛的鸣门海峡大桥下方，
