牛牛 - 李斯特、蕭邦、舒伯特、門德爾松宣傳片段

20-year-old pianist Niu Niu will be releasing his début album with Universal Hong Kong. From Mendelssohn’s Rondo capriccioso to the Impromptus by Schubert and Chopin, from the profound Liszt B-minor Sonoata to the tribute work to Schubert, the new album sees Niu Niu’s transformation from child prodigy into mature concert pianist.

“When I was really young, I thought of music mostly as beautiful melodies and fast, virtuosic passages. But as I grown up and studied deeper into the pieces, I started to see the music as a whole and I could sense the nuance, which I really enjoy a lot. The album not only allows me to revisit the pieces which have been inspiring me in the last 17 years, but also reminds me to stay true and retain my passion for music.”

To be released on 1 June, the album was recorded at the prestigious Emil Berliner Studios in Berlin, by the 4-time Grammy Award winner and engineer / producer Rainer Maillard.
