藏族舞蹈《卓瑪》最喜愛的版本Tibetan Dance “Zhuoma“

“卓瑪”是藏族對女子的稱呼，它的意思是“度母”，一個很美麗的女神。度母是度脫和拯救苦難眾生的一族女神，同時也是藏傳佛教諸宗派崇奉的女性本尊群。因此二十一位度母在藏族地區被廣大信徒或百姓普遍敬拜，有著極大的吸引力。

"Zhuoma" is the Tibetan term for a woman, which means "Dakini", a beautiful goddess. Dakini is a group of female deities in Tibetan Buddhism who liberate and save sentient beings from suffering, and are also worshipped as female deities in various sects of Tibetan Buddhism. Therefore, the twenty-one Dakinis are widely worshipped by believers or people in Tibetan areas, and have great appeal.
