ONE DAY ONLY! Up to 150% Transfer Bonus to Aeroplan/Air Canada with Bilt Mastercard

hey there welcome to venture with Jazzy it's been a few months since I've uploaded a video and I'm really sorry to keep youall waiting my excuse is that I've been looking into buying a house and finally we found the perfect one it did take some time and also was a little bit stressful and we had to arrange all of our documents and then I was worrying if we would close in time and then of course you want to make sure there's no surprises during the inspection and I have to say honestly I haven't applied to any credit cards within a year because I wanted to make sure that my credit score could be as perfect as it can be because when your credit score is lower than let's say 760 mine was around 800 then that can affect the amount of loan that the banks could give you but it's not so much about the amount of loan but more like the interest that you will be receiving so I wanted to make sure my credit score was at its highest so then my interest could be at its lowest but nevertheless we did get a house when the interest rates were very high but can't really control when you find the perfect house right anyway we can talk more about it later if you're interested in my home buying Journey you can let me know in the comments below and well the process of moving hasn't even started yet as you can notice with my background I'm still in my apartment the main cause of that is because we're waiting for our kitchen countertop to be replaced and so we don't really have a sink or a stove top to cook and that's a little bit necessary for us to move so that's that and the topic of today's video is covering builts new benefits for rent day so if you didn't know builts rent day is on the 1 of every month because that's when you normally pay for rent and this month they're doing it a little bit differently and I think it's pretty exciting and if you haven't seen my review of the Belt credit card you should totally check it out because I really do like this credit card so built has allowed Ed me to gain points on my biggest monthly expense which was rent and sadly it will come to an end because I bought a house and I will no longer be paying for rent but Bill did say that possibly in the future they could allow mortgage payments to be used for the credit card hopefully that will be soon but I really don't know the situation on that but anyway on February 1st built will have their rent day and along with the benefits that they normally have such as doubling the points you can also get a really cool transfer bonus so built is partnering up with Aeroplan which is the Loyalty program of Air Canada and for one day you can get a status-based transfer bonus and I just wanted to show you too that Aeroplan is not just Air Canada but they are also part of the Star Alliance program which includes Emirates in Singapore just to name a few so back to the transfer bonus this is going to be based on your tier status with built so the tier status is mostly based on the amount of money that you spend on the credit card within a given year so everyone starts at built blue and if you take a look at the table you can get up to a 75% transfer bonus and if you're lucky to hold Platinum Status you can get 150% transfer bonus to Aeroplan so for me my tier status is in built blue and I have about 28,000 points and if I transfer all the points then that will convert to 50,000 points or almost that number so that's a pretty good transfer bonus and if you take a look back a few weeks ago Chase had a similar transfer bonus to Aeroplan except the bonus was only 20% and typically transfer bonuses are around the 20 30% range they could be higher but it's a little bit rare to find that so I really like built because every so often they do throw at you this High transfer bonus and it happens a couple times a year not every single rent day but I've seen it with Jet Blue virgin red and other type of Airlines so it's a really nice perk that you can get just by owning the car and to clarify to get the transfer bonus you have to do it between February 1st Live from Midnight East Central until February 2nd at 2:59 a.m. East Central so this transfer bonus is what's new and I highly recommend if you have any plans in mind or summer vacations you should take the time now to plan that so if the plane that you want to travel on is part of
