yeah you guys want to see what today's design is I posted like a few iterations that we went through on Discord just took a quick screenshot this is nothing what it started off like well I mean kind of what it started like then it really left yeah it left and then came kind of back to this I did a bunch of different colorways look so this one's like more I didn't want to oh pasteli well what do you like you like this one this pink and navy No Gray not you this now you know why it's red and black yeah I like the red and black yeah well and I started that because I said you know know the whole Red Door thing and oh yeah the whole Red Door thing well the red door felt welcoming to me at the same time you got to close the door oh did you guys you read it yes it says the craft room isn't going to tidy itself so let's close let's so let's close the door I already know what it says I've read it 57 times I mean at least been through it but yes it was a total collaborative effort we started with what did you have oh he had done the pattern CA well it wasn't actually a pattern it was like all the pieces Parts all the pieces because she's like no I want it to look like it's messy yeah let's make it look a little bit messy like a craft room cuz originally it was going to say something in the middle and then it was going to have all the pieces parts around the outside but then that was individual items were going to be too hard to paint so and then it would have to be layered of course so we did this awesome little over overlay which oh it's overhead now sorry this overlay here which has all the little pieces Parts cut out of it but then can you hand me those what are we going to do with these look at these little guys they're so great great a little glue bottle a paintbrush look at this glue gun these are awesome so it's like I can't I can't just get rid of these I got to do something with them can you guys see them look look at all the little parts that came out I mean too bad it's not like Play-Doh just mash it all up I don't even want to mash it up I want to do something with them look at that like that little gun little blue gun and I made all the words all the words are one piece but Helen you're our head but I put a deep score in them so if you paint them right they'll look like separate letters but they're all connected so that should make it easy I think this is going to be a really easy one to paint too even though it looks like it's got a lot of pieces it doesn't it tricked you yeah anyway this was one of your ideas your recommendation was craft room sign and I knew we didn't have any kind of craft room sign oh and the other part about this one is I had told him to do a version which I guess you haven't really created yet not yet but that says the workshop so the workshop isn't going to tidy itself so let's just close the door so I think we could do it either way and I think this would be great to put like in our place our Workshop here going out to the warehouse you know right before the bathroom I want to hang it on that door wait the workshop's not going to Tedy itself so let's close the door well I mean I guess ours could say the warehouse is it going to tidy the warehouse yeah I guess ours could say that but anyway that's what it looks like that's what it looks like close up so you guys can see let's see that's what's cruise we have a crafter's cruise chat on Wednesday right before the zoom call so I thought you know we'll just do like two at a time so we didn't take up two different days so come and join us for it's supposed to rain but um do you want to like just do like a quick paper towel swipe so no no no I don't want it to have all I don't want it to have it all I don't like it's working you continue on daughter she's second to the youngest her name is Sarah and listed in the Air Force but now we're waiting the I don't know that she has a job opening for the jobs that she want want yet so now I think we're going to be kind of in weight mode so maybe not 100% in listed although she's done all the me stuff she's done all her stuff now but that's where we are we're on hold we're in a waiting pattern oh Maria says it's 60s in St Pete oh well that's just cheating that's Florida right Maria wants to know any thoughts on doing a Cruise leaving from Florida yeah I mean I think we could um the reason why we went out of G because I thought it was like Central Central to the US but um and I mean we've got people from both sides of the US so yeah Galvis was just like meat in the middle kind of thing new yep something new starts yeah Christian says yes let's meet up at headquarters and have a barbecue and cook out at the shop they do all the time the neighbors behind us the neighbors do so so the way our little building here works is there's a little parking lot for customers out front but out back you know that's where the bay doors are and there's a big parking lot well there's a bit little bit of a big parking lot back there I don't know how to describe it it's big for what we need enough that the the semi trucks can get back there Del for us and stuff like that uh so the guys next door they're they have a grill Outback and so they'll go out there and Grill and summer time right now the funny thing is their doors are always open because they always have the that's a t-shirt company right and so they're heat press is always running where they're drying dryer yeah yeah their dryer is always running and so it's super hot over there except in the last what couple of weeks I have never seen their doors shut and their doors are actually shut over there and I know the dryer has been on because when it's on we can kind of smell it's on we can smell the Heat and stuff so I um I thought that was funny you never see the door shut over there how many people work for us um including us four a big operation here yeah Tanner that's our son yeah but I mean he's an employee he gets paid he gets paid uh he does well he's he's back on production and video editing as what he's doing and then Marcel she's doing some painting for us now we have somebody that's helping us paint so she's helping us paint for the crackos signs for the painted tree you know all those things but because she's been here painting and things are kind of quiet the first half of first couple of months of the year um I have been able to sit at my desk every day and do all the other little things that I should be doing they really staying on top of me yeah because normally I'm not in the office that often I'm I'm around but in the last couple of weeks I guess every so far this month I am in there pretty much all day and I'm like what anytime anytime I do anything she's like what are you doing what are you show me what you working on what are you working on yeah like so then uh you know I stand around with the other employees and we commiserate about the boss yes well I told you guys last week right that he's found a new place to hide in the back far corner of the warehouse he has a little chair and it's behind these I guess 4 by8 sheets of plywood are leaning up against a trunk that's out there and it's basically a little cubby he's got his own little man for out there mean some plywood up on one side and some cardboard up on the other and one time I went looking for him and that's where I found him back in that corner and I'm like what are you doing back here I've since changed the area a bit he said he said what girls allow and I was like oh my gosh oh you almost knocked your door so then when I came back the next time I need to send you guys a picture he had it spray painted no girls allowed on some cardboard and so as I get close when he hears me coming he slides the cardboard and he hides for me it's my break room CH away my break room your personal break room oh that is because yes we had a little um what we called our employee lounge but the employee lounge has been essentially dismantled because we needed more room for the paint station so I there the little futon sofa is still out there but there's a lot of junk on it and it's basically smashed up against some other some other pieces of furniture so there really isn't much room to sit down anymore so she took the TV oh yep and the TV is gone too that's actually in my office our office because we're using it as like a scrum board yeah a scrum board um I can project things on there really for a lot of talking points it's mainly so that when she says here look at this I just look at the big TV yeah that's been great that's been great what else is going on uh Lois suggested we do a cruise leaving out of San Francisco which I'm all about because one San Francisco is awesome I do agree how cool is it and then two there's some great PS leaving out of San Francisco so I don't know we need somebody else to plan this thing then CU we're going on all these cruises yeah next year next year I'm going to get some I'm going to enlist some of your help some of you guys so I've been doing this well first of all here's what happened when we uh registered for the cruise like when we first announced the cruise it was far away I was like we got time back burner and back burner great let's get registered we all registered and I was like and I'll work on all the details later the problem is at the time when the details should have and worked on we were in Peak craft show season so I was so busy trying to get paints out orders out for the for people ordering in the fall and the Christmas and the craft shows that I had no time to think about the cruise at that time so once the craft once the craft show season ended now we're in January and now I'm running a little late now I'm behind the eightball so I had tons of time what is happening here tons of time to no time so next year we're going to we're going to enlist some help next year when we do this assuming we're do it again next year I don't know if it's every other year next year we'll find out we'll see how this one goes but next time we do it I'm going to enlist some of your help and we're going to get a little committee together and you guys are going to help me do the planning of the cruise I think that'll be that'll be good yeah that would be good because you'd be surprised how little the cruise people help oh no Anthony I hope everything's all right Anthony says well I'm late but and had a situation in the ER please tell me everyone's okay you're here so pleas tell me you're not currently in the ER well you know oh maybe that's his joke because he's Anthony Edwards from the ER had a little situation in the air that's it was a joke right Anthony I missed it I was a little slow on the uptake yeah there was a rush apparently there was a I don't know they always seem to have disasters on that show didn't they yeah there's always drama there was always like a flood of patience Helen says in a few years we're going on a European Cruise okay yeah let's do a um I'm down we could do a um Riverboat Cruise we could do where in Europe European river boat cruise okay I'm down well you know what we we got to go to um Italy and um Greece but where I didn't get to go was um Ireland Scotland England those areas I want go to all the lands you want to go to all the lands that would be fun uh let's see I'm gonna need to go to Australia now I really thought I would have been out Australia by now uh grandma P says signed me up for the committee I play in all our cruises all the family cruises all the time there you go plus I'm actually a seller of travel as a Trav shoot I'm actually a seller of travel as a hobby for the discounts nice there you go now that's the way to do it yeah all right well we'll be h up with Mama P was it grandma oh my gosh Hannah says b that reminds me I was re-watching all your videos during six- hour emergency triple root canal two weeks ago how do you even have a triple this um Heist Haze you what this yeah as I was doing some research I see that um there are lots of crafting type Cruises out there I was trying to find what what do I need to know about crafting cruises now I wish I had been on one before but I did find some videos some YouTube videos of other people on Crafting cruises so I had a sense what other people were doing well a lot of them were well they were like scrapbook cruises and then knitting cruises and sewing cruises but there's nobody like laser crafting there's nothing doing Kim's trying to sneak a laser on I said good stay what good you're trying to bust me wait let me give you do you need a roller for that I want to find your roller so you use the right one okay hold on is it that one no it's not hold on you guys I'm G to turn back around and get I my back I think we'll just use a new one yeah but I think I'm going to have to go get you one I'm not sure I have one I got one right okay good cuz I didn't see one yeah so look he's trying to get me in trouble so I was telling him I was like look next week next week I have to have every everything to the cruise line 21 days before we set sale so next week I've got to get our box our whatever all of our supplies shipped whatever supplies that we're not going to carry with us has to be shipped to the port next week so I um I said do you think we should ship out and put the F1 in in the box and just and because we got the um the case for the F1 it's got the hard case and it's a little wheie wheelie tote hard what am I trying to say wheelie tote don't put that on there guess sister I know anyway I was like let's let's just pack that in the Box because it'll be protected in its hard case and we can ship that and he was like uh I feel like that's a good way to get it confiscated Kim I was like I mean I I doubt it I mean like and I'm sure they'll x-ray it and then ask me what it is he goes no they won't they won't even bother ask they're going to say oh it's got a plug on it we don't know what it is confiscated yeah that's what they did to your hair dryer yes yes well I told him fine I will I will reach out and see if a hair dryer they know what a hair dryer is but I feel like if I tell them I'm bringing a laser on board they're going to say no even though it's a little tiny thing right it's a little tiny thing tell them it's a lot like a lightsaber do you let people bring lightsabers on then why can't I bring my laser on Lois is giving me a hard time Garrett is the painter but Kim picks the paints and gives a detailed instructions good boy Garrett you take instructions well this is how the office Works he's a good husband he gets it this is why I got uh my own little man cave made out of right now you know why a man cave made out of plywood and C such as my but you know what here's the thing when I see I I think that's a really good metaphor for everything that's what when I see him back in his fort back there I give him I give him time I don't really go in the knock on the door and pull him back out unless there's drama that's because you can't knock on the door it's cardboard well I could look over the cardboard and say what are you doing which I have done on occasion he's sitting back in the camp chair on his phone watching my Hiding watching my bike videos playing my game yeah Harold Bieber says F1 bomb that's what boat if you you would be best to get it approved rather than have to remember to pick it up when you leave thank you now if you're not going to take my advice take one from a well-known surgeon when will we likely when will we likely be able to order paint I'm hoping it depends on how depends on how filling goes now somebody in the Discord Channel asked last night when are we going to have our paints available they did ship today they are on their way so today is Tuesday they will definitely be here by Friday our plan is to bottle Saturday and Sunday now we won't be able to bottle all of it on Saturday and Sunday there I think what did I do the math there's 3, 10 something it's like 30 let's just Round Up 3200 packages of paint that have to be bottled so I don't think we'll get it all done over the weekend but remember that conversation we had earlier about how many people work for us so who wants to take a trip down have a barbecue and bottle some paint yeah oh you know what we do have a form of like bull you can ride a bull kind of it's like it's like a bull it's like a bull ride who wants to ride a bull a barbecue oh barbecue and bull riding right no it is not barbecue bows at my barbecue what kind of barbecues you going to what kind of barbecues are you going to BU riding barbecues how many rides a bow barbecue any anyway what what's your bowl there definitely R bowls at Barbecues in Texas nope pretty sure pretty pretty sure anyway they could always use the other paint filler to fill the paints oh we'll have two going we'll have yeah oh yeah the other one's really that one is like bull riding you just that thing just keeps especially go ahead put it on autofill so it just keeps squirting out paint you better be ready with something to catch it and it's going to fill 2.5 gallons in 1 minute even if you're filling 4 oz it's a ride Perry Robbins you are not poor folks he says how about gathering in Gatlinburg for us poor folks that can't Cruise the world we are all about going to Gatlin I am all for going to Gatlinburg we have been and I I know I told you guys a story I'm going to tell you one more time we did not know what Gatlinburg had to offer we had the opportunity to go um super affordable I didn't want to go he didn't want to go he was like what and what is that I like Gatlinberg I've never heard of Gatlinberg it was four days it was Thursday to Sunday and I was like we're just going to drive down spend a few days check it out he was like fine I'm bringing in my bike and I was like whatever and I was like let's just go check it out there's got to be something fun there and I knew Dollywood was there well she's like and we got a cabin in the mountain Mountain yeah I did I was like we got a cabin yeah so what am I going to do at the cabin in the mountains she's like I don't know lots of stuff to do there and then she named off some random things and I was like those don't sound fun I'm bringing my bike and then we get there so if you guys haven't been to Gatlinburg listen up we get there and there were so many fun things to do so much to do I hadn't had a chance to touch my bike nope never never rode his bike and he we had a great time and we haven't been we haven't had the opportunity to go back again uh supposed to go last year it was like a mountain version of Myrtle Beach yes if any of you guys well I mean how many of these guys have been to Myrtle Beach it's like a mountain version of like Cap Cod okay I haven't been to keep Cod but if you have then you you got the gist well there's tons of fun tons of fun in Gatlinburg so I would love to do a little something in Gatlinburg again we were supposed to go last year everybody my family vac I know I told you guys this if you've been following us for a while we had a whole family vacation planned every all everyone all eight of us go into Gatlinburg uh and what's the other one Gatlinburg they're like Pigeon Forge yes Pigeon Forge right next to each other and then everybody backed out one right after the other oh I can't go I can't can't go I can't go so I canceled the whole thing I mean I should have in retrospect I should have just we should have just went but turned into a family blowup yeah was a lot of drama I was not happy with kids for backing out on me I put all these I spent all this money put all these reservations in place anyway well we bought well the funny thing is like you guys care but since I've chatting with my friends the funny thing is I bought a time share she is a sucker for a time share I think they I just think that they're so fun but I didn't buy the whole time share but I bought we sat through just like two or three that's it in like 10 years two or three no easily like I could name like four off right now easily and I well a couple of those didn't count they were just they were just to get what like the Visa card or the stay or something right the extra things so we went to we' get to at least six times shared things maybe I know how they work now maybe yeah he's got it figured out but he agreed we bought a points package this last time because we were going to use it for Gatlinburg because it ended up being cheaper than renting a house or staying in a hotel especially for eight of us it was the way to go so FYI we never used those point because the vacation got cancelled those points now expire in May of this year and I still haven't used them so what am I going to do we're gonna have to go somewhere we gonna do something yeah Perry says be sure to do a video of filling the paints yeah I bet that's going to be it's it was a circus last time Perry I'm sure it's going to be we should just film ourselves and do it fast forward yeah it's got to be rolling the whole time because when I turned the camera on Kim was like doing it perfect I put the camera away literally like two minutes later oh Christian agrees there so many things shows and things to do there there is yeah well Salt Lake City Utah what is it Dolly land what's Dollywood do wood was super fun but it's on a mountain listen to that b was there when we were there too no she wasn't I thought she was no I thought that was the tour bus thing that was there pretty sure but I did go to the museum how cool was that because I got to learn all about Dolly and see some of her outfits and everything it was really cool I really enjoyed it come to Salt Lake City Utah I have actually been I want to go I've been to Salt Lake City Utah I went to a scrap convention close to my heart is based out of there and I went to Convention there City Utah you did yeah it's like in all the little yeah yeah yeah g that's where you got to join the club to drink yes yeah yeah he's been he's drying the round I think let's see what am I missing here sorry guys I do a lot of talking in between yeah no Christian we didn't but I did see the Hatfield and McCoys we were right there in that little mall area um and uh the Dixie sede now I tried to go to both of them and I couldn't get well I guess I could have made them go but no one really seemed interested next time I will definitely do that O Lake of the Ozark scared I'm down he's it to Gatlinburg without breaks Trey wants to know how each layer of word word wood each layer of wood here we're this is all quarter inch MDF we love our quarter inch y that's typically what we use um we have been using e inch lately oh hey while I'm thinking about it those of you who have purchased e inch MDF from us be warned we just learned this and it kind of bit us because we just did two signs uh if you add this tape you see our like masking tape to the eth inch uh it seems to stick to it and makes the surface rough the e in is um almost got a little bit of a coating on it not like not not that much of a coating but it's definitely not as raw as the qu inch um and when you put this tape on it when we taped it off on the laser and then brought it to the front room and let it set for two days before we actually painted it it peeled off like a layer of that finish and made the top of the f a little bit um fuzzy I just broke that oops that's okay you're just making it harder to put together there you go I'll peel them all for you I can at least do that much for you so heads up careful with a tape on the E8 inch MDF this is all quarter inch FYI Helen says oh yeah e inch I use cheap cheap masking tape because it doesn't need that much hold yeah that's that's what we need and this stuff you know is like super the stuff that we've been using this green stuff is super sticky so it was literally pulling off like a a top layer of the eth inch and making it really fuzzy poor Marcel came in and was like what what do I do with this and she goes I have sanded it and I have three coats of paint on it and still doesn't look good and I was like um I don't know so I think we decided that we just sanded it again and going to have to go with it it's just not the smoothest fin finish that I would like everything good you good yes boss you're very you're very quiet I see you're very focused I love that you guys are figuring out where everyone lives they're putting where have two dogs um they died a couple of years one six months apart it was was a very it was a rough year it's devastating it's hard so hard and my daughter and her roommates actually her roommates dog um but they've been friends for I don't know eight years they've been living together for since we've been living together yeah 10 years so they've been roommates for like 10 years and um they had to put their dog down uh last week because it had gotten really it was really bad off and it was devastating it's just such a hard thing uh so we keep saying no more pets ours was traumatic yes ours ours was not not the doch in the first one that passed she was 20 years old she passed peacefully she was just like an old lady she was but she's so tiny we were having we have to take her outside we had to put diapers on her she was a lot of me maintenance cuz she was so old um but the other one was still pretty healthy and she was crap happened yeah it was crazy anyway sad but tell you so we said no more pets but Saturday no Friday night we had a workshop and these were folks that had been here before actually been here a couple of times before and they brought in how many people was there six six people yep and they were they were all here having a great time as you know they were all talking when I came in the room because they had all just walked in and they were taking their coats off and stuff and I was like hey hello and then she was like Hey I just need you to know we've brought something and I was like what does that mean she was like over here I had no idea what it was and then she brought me over there and she had a baby long hair daxon blonde blonde and the thing was like this big it was eight weeks old they had just picked picked her up like the day before and couldn't leave her at home alone yet so oh my gosh I showed Garrett and Garrett went right in they said oh she likes to be held she's still missing her mommy so he picked her up and held her in his little hoodie for like half the workshop I think till she fell asleep and it was blue time oh yeah then it was time to you had to put her down and then she stayed bundled up in her little blankie and her little tiny baby kennel and and she started whining cuz she noticed somebody wasn't holding her uhhuh she was the little little teeny tiny whimper so cute like you want to get a dog yes and no yes and no I've been a dad for so long and a and a pet owner for so long I think I've had my f PO for a while that's that's that's what his big thing is no more dog poop cuz I'm not always the one that steps in it there could be a football field and there just like a little doson present in the whole football field I'd be the one that steep in it Tera Mo says hello [Music] from oh she's saying hello the green and I did I thought the green looked good can you guys see what green was that going to be M's Meadow um I was that's kind of like a minty green which we don't have yet but I will say did I tell you guys this before in this delivery of paint we're going to have four limited colors limited edition colors and there's only five gallons of each I'm doing a like a minty green a lilac purple um a peachy color very springes yeah they're just four limited edition spring colors and then I'll do some maybe Limited in Fall colors or something for fun but I just didn't think we would those like pastely colors we would use all year round so I just made them just added ordered like a a limited amount of them but it'll be just in time for spring all right well you know what that means what time
