Murphy: School aid boost coming

Speaking before the Municipal Analysts Group of New York in New York City, the Gov. Murphy gave a frank appraisal of New Jersey’s economic condition. But he said the state's aid to public schools would nevertheless take center-stage in his next budget plan, with his intention to fully fund the school finance law for the first time in years.
