梅子醬 - Green Plums Jam是採用4月中偏黃的青梅，加冰糖煮成的，酸酸甜甜，味道特別，適合加入某些中式菜餚以增加特殊風味。

材料：
1. 青梅 - 100g
2. 冰糖 - 300g
3. 水 - 150-200g
4. 糖水 - 250g ( 水 - 150g + 啡糖 - 100g）

Green Plums Jam is made with green plums and crystal sugar. It’s very sweet and sour, suitable to add in certain Chinese dishes to add special taste.

Ingredients:
1. Green Plums - 1000g
2. Crystal Sugar - 300g
3. Water - 150-200g
4. Syrup - 250g (Water - 150g + Light Brown Sugar - 100g)
