About the Video
Hi family in today's video I'm going to show you guys 30 days into my hair routine, I'm going to show you all what I did to my hair in 30 days to be able to grow my hair, products that I use and show you exactly how I made them. This is a very important video so I hope you watch the whole video especially if you are just starting your hair routine this will greatly help you.
the first step in my hair routine is overnight hot oil treatment I got a lot of Tangles and using an overnight hot oil treatment helped me to get rid of all of those Tangles and it also helped me to stimulate my hair follicles I'm able to benefit from all the vitamins and nutrients within those oils and doing an overnight head treatment I also put a shower cap on my hair at night and that also caused a lot of steam in the night which also stimulate my hair growth.
On day 2 this is when my entire wash day begins I'm going to put an ayurvedic treatment together using all of these wonderful ingredients don't worry I will add each recipe to the description box for you anything that you see that I use in this video for this whole month I will leave it here. After mixing up all my ingredients I ended up with a very creamy and wonderful ayurvedic treatment.
after applying my ayurvedic treatment to my entire hair I love to leave my ayurvedic treatment on for a long time so that I can benefit from all of those herbs and the oils so I love to sit under my steamer for at least 30 minutes or an hour and then after that I just love to leave it on for a little bit longer I love to think the longer I leave it the better so after leaving it on for the amount that I found to be okay I then went on to rinsing my hair and then I'm now going in with my s-secret strengthening shampoo.
This shampoo is also on my website if you are interested in any of my products, this is my website link s-secrets.com I wouldn't be washing my hair for a whole month so I'm not afraid to also go in with this shampoo twice and I'm also not afraid to really go down and then really clean my scalp because I want to make sure that I get rid of all of those buildups and any dirt that is on my hair so after applying my shampoo I'm now just went to rinse it out and after rinsing it out I'm going in with my S -Secrets deep condition.
When you apply the S-Secrets deep condition it leaves your hair so soft I also had to detangle with it and then I'm going to sit under my steamer again, we love the steam right because the steam open up our hair follicles and hair shaft so it can absorb those product in so I'm going to leave the deep conditioner on for a while and then after that I will just rinse it out and then put my hair in braids my hair is going to stay in these braids for a whole month but to do that I am going to make a tea that I will using for the first three weeks to make our tea I will be using my dry Rosemary herb and then I'm just using half cup of Rosemary adding in three cups of distilled water and then I'm putting that on the stove once the water reached to boiling temperature I will put it into our Rosemary keep it overnight and then the next day I'm just going to strain it and our Rosemary is ready.
Now I do keep it in the fridge so it gets cold and to heat it up I just use hot water to heat our Rosemary up and our oil. You can apply the spray daily or use it twice a week along with my 3 hair growth oils. don't forget to massage your scalp.
For the last week this is where I changed something I use our lavender spray along with the greenhouse effect and my 3 hair growth oil.
