Tang Shaoyi, a prominent political figure and diplomat, was widely known for his role as the first Prime Minister of the Republic of China. Besides his political achievement, Tang was also remembered for being an avid collector of Chinese porcelain. Perhaps, he had never imagined that he would die because of his love for porcelain.
