加州今年冬天暴風雨不斷，樹倒、淹水、泥石流、溪水決堤，災害頻傳。多年的旱情稍威緩解，回暖數日的陽光激活了香草，今年的迷迭香開得特別燦爛。藍的迷迭香花與晴空爭艷，紫的甜薰衣草為花園增添浪漫風情。

California has experienced constant storms this winter, falling trees, flooding, mudslides, and bursting banks of streams, causing frequent disasters. The years of drought have eased slightly, and the warmer sunshine has activated the growth of herbs in my garden. This year's rosemary bloomed particularly brilliantly. The blue rosemary flowers compete with the clear sky, and the sweet purple lavender adds romance to the garden.
