located in Ino California an area in the San Fernando Valley that only started becoming a hot spot among the Rich and Famous around that time but Kyle's home isn't just any home it's the historic Smoky Robinson estate as it's known since it got its name from the legendary musician who owns it from 1988 to 2002 the home which appears to be a classic colonial style was actually built in 1880 and moved from its original La location to where it sits now in 1912 and back then they moved this place via horse and carriage the Smoky Robinson estate which is now Kyle's was given a makeover before it changed hands in 2016 and then that buyer further carried out another facelift on the place he decked the mansion out in a lot of Grays and whites as well as adding a new pool and spa and a 1,600 ft Guest House on the property While most of the main home was left the same an expansion off the back was added and a new master suite balcony basically by the time Kyle bought it the home was good as new Kyle and Mauricio's Mansion spans 10,600 ft of space with seven beds and eight bath throughout while the outside offers large metal gates for privacy as well as stunning Gardens and a formal Fountain out front there's a grand entryway with classic black and white checkerboard floors and a Charming Neo Georgian style staircase the formal living room boasts a white marble fireplace and to the other side of the entryway there's another sitting area with yet another fireplace too over in the kitchen we can see it's all brand new with its upscale appliances and Center island with bar style seats in a video shared by Bravo Kyle showed off her kitchen with a tour of her refrigerator where she revealed that she did little to the room after she bought the house other than adding new light fixtures other rooms in the home include a family room with fireplace a home movie theater and a bathroom with yet another fireplace in fact Kyle has a total of at least six wood burning fireplaces in her mansion in another clip with Bravo Kyle's further showed off her husband's massive black and G bar in the home noting that he's very proud of it and insists on keeping it fully stocked for guests she said about the bar we wanted this to be a place where everybody came together to drink laugh talk and have fun the second floor of the enino Abode has most of the bedrooms as well as the couple's Master which has features like a fireplace obviously a sizable walk-in closet and an onspeed with glass shower there's also the private deck here which spans 800 square ft and at least one bed and bath the grounds also offer a putting green a gazebo and meditation Gardens within its 1.5 Acres Kyo Richards seems very content with her insino home and she's revealed it's an
