Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows on Friday revealed her reasoning for deciding to remove former President Donald Trump from the 2024 Presidential Ballot while talking to a CNN reporter from Augusta, ME.
Bellows says she bases it on an insurrection clause within the Constitution's 14th Amendment, similar to Colorado's Supreme Court Majority's claims when they knocked the Republican Primary front-runner from contention in that state.
The decision will go to Maine's Superior Court next
