(Serie A 2023/2024): Highlights MILAN - MONZA

Loftus-Cheek into Pulisic. Five in the back for Monza as Reinders finds the early goal. Like a hot knife through butter, Tijani Reinders slices through the Monza back line and gives Milan the lead inside three minutes. Rafael Leal not picking up the ball in his typical position but now he's in more familiar territory. Leal on the outside, Teo Hernandez. Giroud still has the opportunity. Gagliardini out to Danimotta. Stepovers confuses Florenzi and Colombo. Not really clear what has happened there to Pobega but Giancarlo Simic makes his Milan debut. Leal squared up to Florenzi. Hasn't scored for a while and he nearly gets the second eye-catching save from Di Gregorio. Slid into Florenzi. He's had one go and again denied by Di Gregorio. A more difficult save. Spectacular. Reinders, Leal against Pessina and there is the second goal and can you believe it Giancarlo Simic on his debut in Serie A. Pulisic, only Giroud. Pulisic has a goal but Monza saved by the crossbar. Florenzi's ball in. Good leap. It was Simic with the header. Carboni crossing in on the chest. Pessina's shot. Colpani. Miraculous save from Mike Magno. Touch there by Okafor. It's open for the shot. Another good save from Di Gregorio. Tijani Reinders flicks it through. That is an absolute feast for the eyes. Noah Okafor and what a tune to give Milan the third and winning goal. The final score here Milan 3, Monza 0.
