2023년 서울 DDP(동대문디자인플라자)에서 서울콘 행사가 개최되는 거 아시나요?
서울콘은 전세계의 인플루언서 3000명과 현장에서 함께 즐기는 규모가 엄청 큰 행사에요!
DDP 전역에서 열리는 콘퍼런스, 콘텐츠, 패션․뷰티, 공연․엔터테인먼트, 페스티벌 등 4가지 분야의 다채로운 프로그램을 보고 즐기실 수 있답니다!

【사전작업】
버터와 계란은 실온에 미리 꺼내주세요!

- 버터는 손으로 눌렀을 때 말랑말랑하게 묻어 나올 정도로 녹이기
(전자렌지나 냄비로 녹이면 성질 자체가 변해버려서 크림화 안됨)
- 계란은 반죽과의 온도 차이를 맞추기 위해 찬기를 없애야 됩니다

- 반죽을 다하고 냉장고에 휴지 시킬 때 오븐을 미리 예열하기
오븐 온도 165도, 시간은 13~15분
(집마다 오븐이 달라서 중간 중간 확인해주세요. 저는 7분 쯤에 쿠키 넣은 판을 위아래 위치 바꿨어요)

【초코 버터쿠키】
버터 100g
박력분 150g
코코아가루 30g
슈가파우더 80g
계란 30g
소금 1g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
베이킹파우더 3g

【아이싱】
흰자 30g
슈가파우더 140g
레몬즙 작은 티스푼 2-3tsp

【사탕시럽】
물 50g
물엿 75g
설탕 150g
-젓지 않고 그대로 끓이고, 온도가 130-140도가 되면 사탕시럽이 다 만들어진 것

【Pre-work】
Remove butter and eggs at room temperature in advance!

- Melting butter to the point where it smudges when pressed with your hands
(If you melt it in a microwave or pot, its properties will change, so it won't be creamy.)
- You have to remove the cold air from the egg to match the temperature difference with the dough

- Preheat the oven when you finish kneading and put it to rest in the refrigerator
Oven temperature 160 degrees. Time is 13-15 minutes
(Each house has a different oven, so please check it from time to time. I changed the top and bottom of the cookie board at around 7 minutes.)
