Relaxation awaits you in this custom built tiny home nestled in the woods near Tracy City, Monteagle & Sewanee. Enter the gated community and leave your worries behind, feel the gentle breeze, and breathe in the crisp mountain air!
Enjoy luxurious amenities, outstanding walking trails, hike to one of the tallest waterfalls in Tennessee, or just build a fire and toast marshmallows!

The space
The custom designed Primary bedroom is much larger than others you will find in most tiny homes available, and provides a queen bed. You will also enjoy the custom designed kitchen, with soft close drawers and cabinets, and an eating bar. We have a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, Splenda, sugar and Coffee Mate Creamer, a Bullet blender, a toaster, and plenty of pots, pans, cups, plates & utensils. We stock napkins, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent. Laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, conditioner, toilet tissue, bed and bath linens. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room, and a loft with 2 twin beds. The bathroom offers a walk-in tiled shower, and a window to view the stars or trees! One of the BEST features is the oversized screened-in porch! The porch has an electric fireplace, and vinyl curtains were added to extend the months of enjoyment by keeping the warmth inside and the rain outside. The backyard is fenced, and the deck has a grill, table and chairs. There are 3 smart TVs. Extra windows were added through out to bring in the beauty and natural light of the surroundings. We have tried to think of anything you might need to make your visit nothing less than exceptional!
