(Premier League 2023/2024): Highlights Crystal Palace - Bournemouth

Every game in the Premier League is important, but it's fair to say that some are more crucial than others. Crystal Palace earned a valuable point at West Ham, but coming to this evening on the back of consecutive home defeats, looking to bounce back to form ahead of five formidable festive fixtures. Here's Aiyu again. Mitchell racing on the overlap. Aiyu goes himself! A strong hand from Neto. And that's an excellent ball in behind. Opportunity here for Kluivert. And it'll break for Semenya! Johnson gets down well. Christie's ball in. Flicks on! And in! Bournemouth lead from a set piece. They've threatened time and again. The same routine. Looking for the near post flick on. And this time it's come to fruition. Here's Alise. In towards Lerma. Nice dummy. Aiyu! Nice footwork! It's lucid! Ward's giving it away. And now a chance to break through Sinisterra. And here's Kluivert. Still going Kluivert. All on his own! Couldn't convert. Alise forced to check back. But Alise's found a wonderful ball. Picked out Lerma! Denied by the woodwork. Palace have five minutes to push. And here's a chance. And Tavernier is in. Still Tavernier. And there's the strike! And there's the second goal! And surely the three points. Kiefer Moore. Barely on the pitch. The late substitute. Doubles Bournemouth's advantage. And surely. There goes the final whistle. Palace succumb to Bournemouth. A third straight defeat at Selhurst Park. Two unlikely scorers.
