First Time Skiing JAY PEAK, Vermont

Jay Peak - finally we were able to head up north with our starry eyes to experience the long awaited ski trip. How was it? Weather was good. Skiing was good, good as in average East Coast. But the day brought some awakenings as well as unpleasant surprises. Closed lifts. Lack of communication by the resort. Closed lifts. Closed Trails. Agitated lift operators. I know, we came with too much expectations. But we kinda left with the feeling that this is a great mountain, but on the first try, I wouldnt call it a great resort. :(
