Hey guys! It's Beth and oh my gosh! It has been too long since I've uploaded a video on this channel.
And I am so sorry. You guys have no idea. I have missed you so much and it has just been insane.
My schedule has been crazy recently and I am such a perfectionist when it comes to my videos
that I really like to spend a ton of time on just one video.
And it's been kind of harder with my crazy schedule so that is why there has been a lack of videos.
And then also one of my memory cards decided to just like corrupt and then all of my footage went missing
and I just got it back so now I have a new video for you guys that I'm really proud of and I hope you guys like it.
And also I just want to let you guys know this is not how it's going to be.
You're not only going to get one video a month from me.
I love making videos for you guys and I want you guys to know that.
Like you guys mean so much to me and I love being online and being able to create content for you guys.
So even though it has been a while since I've uploaded it's not going to be like that.
You guys are going to be getting more videos. I've been working on stuff for you.
I'm actually in a new bedroom right now because I moved recently.
Like what Bethany?
Pay no attention to what's going on behind me because I'm actually redecorating my room
which means I'm doing a room tour for you guys.
If you guys want it then leave it in the comments below if you want me to do one.
But I can definitely do one for you guys because I just like kind of designed a little room plan
and I'm going to be redecorating my room.
So I can definitely do a tour if you guys want to see it.
And also because I missed you guys so much I think I'm going to start doing daily vlogs
or not daily vlogs just like maybe weekly vlogs or some type of vlog on my second channel.
I actually just posted a little short one of my dance rehearsal because another thing
I'm actually on this season of Dancing with the Stars which is insane.
I am in the competition. I'm competing doing dances every week and my partner is Derek Huff.
He's amazing.
And guys I have bruises and scratches and so many like battle wounds all over me from dance rehearsal.
So that's also why I really want to do daily vlogs so I can just like share all this info with you guys
because this isn't even what this video is about but I just like missed you so I want to talk to you about everything.
You guys know that I'm not a professional dancer so this has been like a really fun experience for me
trying to learn all these dances.
And yeah so you guys should definitely tune in and maybe vote for us if you want to.
Now on to what this actual video is about.
I'm going to be showing you guys healthy breakfast ideas for back to school or just any time of the year to be honest.
It doesn't even have to be for school.
I've been trying my best to eat somewhat healthy recently so I just thought I'd show you guys
some of my favorite healthy breakfast options.
You might have seen some of these before but these are just my favorite ones that I really love to eat for breakfast.
Give this video a thumbs up if you would like to see a room tour coming up soon on my channel.
I hope you guys enjoy this video and let's get into it.
So we are starting off with my favorite overnight breakfast which is on-the-go oats.
All I did was pour some rolled oats into a mason jar, added almond milk, cinnamon and some agave syrup
but you can add any ingredients that you would like and you're just going to put this in your refrigerator overnight.
It's going to soak into the oats, soften them up so that when you get it out in the morning
you can just add some fresh berries, any kind of fruit that you prefer and you are good to go.
It takes a few minutes and you're out the door.
Next we have the pre-made smoothies.
Yes, this is perfect if you are running late aka me every day.
So I started with putting some plain yogurt into ice cube trays and placed that in the freezer overnight.
Now you're going to need some frozen fruit of your choice and Ziploc bags.
So from here you're basically just going to kind of create your own combinations of different fruit you want in your smoothie
and add one frozen yogurt cube into each bag.
And you can make a ton of these and put them in the freezer for different days in the week.
Then when you wake up in the morning you just pour one of the bags into the blender and add one cup of any liquid that you prefer.
I normally go with apple juice or coconut water and then you just put it in a to-go cup.
To-go cups can pretty much be found anywhere but if you're looking for these specific mason jars you can get them at Michaels or any other craft store.
Who needs an egg McMuffin when you can have an apple muffin sandwich thing?
Okay, anyway, here is what you need to make this yummy sandwich.
I started off by taking the core out of an apple and then just cutting it into slices.
Now you're just going to spread some almond butter onto your apple slices.
You could also use sunflower butter or anything you prefer.
Then I just sprinkled some granola on it, some chocolate chips and once again you can add basically anything that you like.
Then you're just going to put another slice on top to create a little sandwich.
These sandwiches take about five minutes total to make so if you have a little bit of time in the morning then these are definitely a perfect idea.
Now on the very rare occasion that I have a lot of time to make breakfast I will make some super healthy pancakes.
So here is what you need.
So grab your banana and start mashing that thing up.
And I mean mashing it to the point until it kind of looks like pudding.
Then you're going to take both of your eggs, go ahead and crack them in there and add some cinnamon, a little bit of baking powder.
And then I just went ahead and mixed this all together.
You can also put this mixture in the blender but only for a little bit because you don't want it to get too smooth.
After that you pour it back into the bowl and you are ready to make your pancakes.
And typical Bethany forgot to add the blueberries but just know you can obviously add whatever you want.
Next I just drizzled a little bit of maple syrup on top of that and added some blueberries and we are finished.
So as you can tell these pancakes require no flour, nothing like that.
They're by far the healthiest pancakes that I've ever made and they're super yummy.
I promise you they are so good.
And the last recipe that I have for you guys is what I call the healthy breakfast pizza.
I started off by just adding some olive oil and some garlic onto a sauce pan and let that simmer.
Then I just added some spinach leaves and mixed that all together for a little bit until the spinach leaves were nice and sauteed.
Okay moving on I took three egg whites and put that into a separate bowl and then I went ahead and poured the egg whites into my bowl of spinach.
And after that I got some baby tomatoes, cut them up and placed them right on top.
And then you're going to take this and place that in the oven for about 15 minutes and I set the temperature to about 350.
So once you take it out it kind of looks like a mini pizza.
Am I right? Okay maybe not. I think it looks like a pizza.
Then I just added some blueberries and raspberries to my plate and ta-da!
It's so amazing. I look forward to eating this because it is just so good.
Once you have it you're going to want it every day for breakfast.
Dang it! Why is this happening? What did I do that first time?
It like opened up. Okay it's good, it's good.
It's English class. Ow! I almost broke my ankle.
If you would have threw that at me. Because you have a tendency to like do that stuff.
