Woodland Ruffles

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Ruffles 25in long

Top- Cut Ruffles 25in long

For Bottom you will need 7 Black/White Ruffles cut at 25in

For Top you will need 5 Black/White Ruffles cut at 25in

Ribbons Cut- 12in
