hi hi everyone happy Saturday night all right um the subject we're talk we're going to talk about tonight isn't so happy uh in my last live stream which was Thursday right we that on Thursday we we got the news that Lian passed away and at the time I said that I don't I believe that at the time two hours after the news came out there were already all sorts of rumors and speculations and conspiracy theories about uh about his death and at the time I said I didn't believe uh I I believe that he died of a heart attack and I didn't believe um all sorts of um speculations and then after two days I want to say I couldn't believe the amount of speculations rumors and conspiracy theories out there even people that um that I respect very much the people that people who don't talk about conspiracy theories are talking about it so uh now that I have I'm not saying that I have changed my mind U so much but I think that phenomenon is interesting so I want to tell you about all the suspicions the Chinese have about lean's death and um and what what I and the significance of it you know all when well first of all uh suspicious suspicions about his death and then there were the various conspiracy theories and what I think could have happened and also you know what does this what does all of this mean to CCP politics to the regime so um I don't think I've provided a a a breakdown but I'll I'll try to stick to with that agenda so the first thing that people let's first talk about suspicions well he's the youngest high-ranking CCP official who have died period the youngest ever so they you know if you look at you know all all those individuals who have who held the position of um a standing standing committee committee member of a member of the standing committee of the PO Bureau they they have died in the 90s 80s and 70s and there were only two people who have died in their 60s and the other person was um the former Vice Premier hangju who died of uh pancreatic cancer so that was a little exception you know because of cancer but he even so he died at age of 69 so this leaves luchan the youngest high-ranking CCP leader who who ever died um this is after the after They seized power after cultural revolution so this is the first thing that people that came to people's mind and the um average age for C CP officials is 88 years old so he died 20 years younger than that um and CCP is very proud of its health programs for the leaders and the programs are designed to help them live to the age of 150 believe it or not so so the first suspicion people had is how could he die so young the second thing is let's talk about his health um I looked on the internet I found that there was an article published in March 2015 and it mentioned that Lucha may have liver and lung problems and is diabetic um and the article said that he wasn't a healthy kid growing up and constantly suffered small or minor ailments during his teenager years and also it mentioned that when he was a student at Beijing University he suffered from myocard how do you say this medical term myocarditis right it's a a a a heart it's a heart condition myocarditis and but it was later cured and this article was used as a political weapon against him at the time to prevent him from continuing his position as the premiere so his health was used as a as a weapon against him so I kind of think that his real health condition may not be or might not be as bad as described and some medical professionals from Shanghai um his name is Shing told Radio free Asia that his health condition was was excellent and he loved swimming and after he went to Shanghai this time he checked into the tongo state guest house it's one of the hotels reserved for CCP leaders and he was swimming uh in late afternoon or early evening in the hotel and that's when the heart attack came on now let's talk about this donel Stay housee Hotel it's near it's in Pon near the pon airport um and it was said that it's the place where former CCP leader Jen Zim had lived during the last two years of his life the security of this hotel is provided by the Central Security Bureau you know the Central Security Bureau is the agency is the agency in charge of top leaderships um it's basically it only provides leadership to the um very top leaders um so for people like jamine uh shinin or or and so jamine died at the age of 96 and the guy had all sorts of health issues so if he had lived at the hotel for two years and the place is guarded by the Central Security Bureau it means that this hotel must have very good On-Site Health staff and facility and health um medical facility and so the question is how come they didn't play a role in resuscitating leam right when he suffered a h a heart attack so Lee was said to have have an heart attack while swimming at the hotel and he was sent to the um Shang Hospital affiliated with the Shanghai University of TCM which is traditional Chinese medicine so this hospital is a comprehensive medical facility that specializes in TCM um and integrative um traditional Chinese and Western medicine and it's about 5.4 kilomet away from the hotel which takes about 13 to 13 to 15 minutes now what's odd is one of the top three hospitals in Shanghai thean Hospital the hhan hospital's Pon branch and it's called the Shanghai international hospital is a much better hospital and it's only half the distance to the hotel where lean suffered a heart attack and it takes only 7 minutes so the question is why wasn't he sent to this better Hospital you know I mean it's one of the top three and that's that's more than capable to handle a heart attack than a hospital that that specializes in TCM traditional Chinese medicine and especially when this better hospital is much closer so that seems very odd um now people people who um based on information leaked from the hospital the shugan hospital where he died um or where he was sent to uh the medical professionals there said that he he had already died or he has he had already lost Vital Signs of Life when he arrived at the hospital now we know I've heard that after people suffer a heart attack um they have about 2 hour window time um for care to to to be rescued and so why so apparently Lee arrived at the hospital beyond that right because he had already lost Vital Signs of Life and the hospital is only 15 minutes away from the hotel so the question is what has happened from the moment he developed symptoms of an heart attack to when he was admitted to the hospital what happened during that time and this is critical of course we don't know so there are all sorts of conspiracy theories claiming that she Lee's death was planned or schemed and the number one culprit is of course you know xiin pin who is known to have a tough relations with Lee in the past 11 years so the basis for their claim is that shuin is jealous of the fact that Lee was the candidate um for the ccp's fifth leader before Shi Jin pin was even considered Lee had been prepared by huin to succeed him long before xiin ping was in the picture long before shiin ping was even considered um because hu Gau and Jamin couldn't agree on their own choice of successor they um jenin home jamin's people proposed that they make a compromise so it was shiin pin but this people say is one of the re major reasons that shiin pin never trusted Lee because at one point uh lee was you know Lee was the one even before he was considered um now so that's That's the basis for their um that's the first reason for people to to hold that view or hold that suspicion against GP and of course Premier Lee would from time to time spoke words of truth um that made shiin P L's face like the time when he said 600 million Chinese uh lived in lived with a monthly income of less than $1,000 um and then the other Theory said that you know this is a very CH Chinese belief uh they say that when Lee and she worked together shiin was at least aware of Le's thinking and ideas um he was aware of his opponent's activities after Le's retirement however shinin doesn't see or didn't see Lee very often so he can be more worrisome about what Lee is up to and this is a the Chinese believe that one should keep his enemy close to him so that you can keep an eye on your enemy I guess that's the reason why Joe Biden and xiin ping want to meet want to talk to each other in San Francisco in a few weeks anyways um and then on August 31st when shinin was in South Africa oh I do have a picture Lee appeared at the dang more caves I do have a picture where where is it here we go here's the picture this was the last time he was seeing in public um these were the picture taken from the video and if you watch the video people bystanders you know enthusiastically greeted him and he he smiled and he walked briskly so he he was he looked fine and um the picture on the right was you know the F the first person in the front was Thea and you know with his Entourage and he didn't wear a mask so but that P that video people say upset xiin pin because you know anytime I mean shiin pin is not his his situation isn't very good right with with the two of his ministers down and you know the rocket force in chaos you know and here you have a foral opponent appearing in public being welcomed looked uh so comfortable in in his retirement um this does not make Shi Jinping happy that's what people say um now recently some of shiin some of lean's old direct reports have been investigated by shiin ping in fact over the past few years almost all officials who were close to the have been either purged or demoted so for example um there was a guy by the name of li who was promoted by leang in leoning Province was dismissed from his post in August 2022 uh Shang the former director of The Office of Medical reform um of the state Council who was a direct subordinate of Lea is also removed recently and and Shining has also extended his anti-corruption investigation to the state tobacco Administration possibly aiming at lean's younger brother leing who is the deputy director of The Tobacco Administration and even two days before Le's passing uh the sixth PL plenary session of the 14th National people's Congress passed a draft resolution making the state Council now more politically in line with the party with the central party leadership and the the reason the justification is to bring the state Council back to its right course which implied that it hadn't be right it implies that it hadn't be on the right course under Le so by changing this shiin is making the state Council a a party organization and his personal administrative office because the part the state council is the government the state council is quote unquote the Chinese government um because CCP has two tracks of government one is the party track one is the the government and the state Council which the premier heads is technically the equivalent of a government in the west whereas the party has its own apparatus so by forcing the the state Council to follow the D you know know to to be like closely following the party um shinp is basically turning the state Council the entire Chinese government like the all the all his cabinet members the ministry you know all the Ministries um you know he's making the Chinese government his personal Administrative Office under the party leadership so some people say this is step one of his plan to clean out the people lean's people in the state Council who who may not be loyal to him and this news um could break lean's heart because that that came out on the 24th and he died two days later um there all I'm just telling you all all kinds of theories okay I'm not saying they're necessarily true but I'm just trying to tell you people thinking and ideas and I think they mean something it gives you a feeling of what Chinese um uh what's on the mind of the Chinese people another theory said that SHP needs a scapegoat for the failing Chinese economy and Lian is the most suitable one shining's recent visit to the People's Bank of China indicates that the debt sinkhole and the financial war world of the CCP are on his mind and he doesn't have a solution he will eventually need escapes Scapes scapegoat for that um so some people hold the view that LE sudden death is related to this I'm not saying I'm agreeing with this or disagreeing I'm just telling you what people are saying and today just as I Was preparing this there's also a rumor that came out to say the entire Food Services team at the D State Guest House hotel has disappeared because luchan didn't die from heart attack but from food poisoning again I cannot verify that but this is what came out today um as far as who have schemed it right so we have all these claims well most people like to believe that it's shiin ping um it has nothing to do whether it's true or not or if it's credible or not I think people just want to believe so and by believing so people feel good about it it's already becoming I I realize when people talk about these rumors it's it's a emotional uh it's a chance to vent um already has nothing to do whe with whether it's credible or not um but not everyone of course is is agreeing with such um um spec ulations or or or or conspiracy theories because people say it doesn't make a lot of sense because it's too risky politically for Xi Jinping as Leach Chan's death may be turning into a pre a pro-democracy movement like what happened in 1989 and 1976 and he certainly doesn't want to bring that on himself and I agree with that view I think that's that's right why does he want to you know take down an opponent who has never been strong enough to oppose him and who has retired and anything that goes wrong could you know could could become a major um a political movement now there's a small number of people who believe who believes that shijin pin's political enemy aka the Jamin faction and now might have done it because the Jung faction has been spreading rumors all along to sell Discord between she and Lee um and other you know and and other huin manes like wangyang you know we've heard rumors like Wang would replace Wang uh was shiin pin's chosen successor and then we also heard rumors that thean would replace him so these have been proven that there were rumors spread of course not by not by Shu jining himself and not by Li you know why would he want to do that it's obviously spread by shiin pin's political enemies to to make the two sides turn against each other and to some extent this this strategy have worked um so th this Theory says that shim's political enemy has orchestrated least heart attack in Shanghai because it happened in Shanghai which is the jamine faction's home base and the fact that Lan died at the same hotel where jaming had lived for two years before he died is not coincidental they say so they say this is a Sinister plot because the Gen faction knows that anything terrible um that happens to theang will be attributed to Xi Jinping because people would automatically assume that she the Xi Jinping um is guilty of it and so this is a very Sinister plot all right so I've given you a whole list of conspiracy theories um now another another fact that supports this theory is ccp's unusually Swift announcement of Lee's death right that supports this Theory because um according to the announcement lean passed away at midnight and the announcement was made a little after 8:00 a. the following morning so it seems that the poly Bureau already made a decision the night before like after he died I mean they're not I mean these people are not staying up at 5:00 in the morning to discuss what to do obviously they made a decision at the end of the night after he died and the 8:00 and then all these you know media whatever you know these P you know propaganda organs were were working on it so that they could announce it at 8 o'clock in the morning um so the fact that Lee died um the fact that they made such a quick decision was very unusual and when they announced his death they even said that the abutuary was not ready it would follow so they rushed to announce his death even before the obituary was written so the question is why so pressing what's the hurry because the CCP always took the time to announce the passing of its leaders so one explanation is that shiin ping wants to or wanted to announce it ASAP to make it clear that he has nothing to do with Lee's death um and and and he has no problem of making it public um does this make sense to you it sounds logical so it's possible um do I have a picture I now I got lost of um oh no uh K qu one of the well-known political commentator and writer now active in the us posted social media platform on X saying he said an important person revealed the real cause of lian's death which was unbelievably shocking or revealed to me the real cause of lean's death which was unbelievably shocking in ccp's highspeed grinding machine even the so-called state level officials state level is the highest level so you could say even the so-called highest level CCP officials are as low as ants with no dignity with no dignity and our worthless exclamation mark he didn't elaborate further he went to talk about other things so I suspect Lee suffered a heart attack but was kicked around and didn't get medical help immediately due to some ill intentions of some individuals and that's the POS that's the possible cause of his death um now I'm presenting you these conspiracy theories not because I believe they're are factual I cannot verify that but I want to say people are obsessed with the idea that Lee died from a a conspiracy against him and this Obsession shows you that people have no trust in the in the current leadership in Beijing um on the day Lee's death was announced uh he his death didn't make it to the front page of I'll show you here here we go his death didn't make it to the front page of um Chinese news portal you know this is the first page you see she ping still dominated the front page of China's news portal and I Circle the news where nik's death was announced it's so tiny and so insignificant same with this page oh and and um new our California governor new made the headline with Shin ping it says xiin ping met with Cal the governor of California and mentioned three key words um I don't know what the three key wordss are but anyways and then see L's um passing was Tiny um in in in small font it's not U it's not headline news at all and this is the PE the the online version of people people's daily and you see again you know they didn't even change the color when when a major leader passed away they usually Chang the website from color to black and white they didn't do that flya and again see I I I highlight the line where where his death uh was announced Shi jining again dominated the page and fr page of people's daily on October 17 or 27th and front page of the economy daily uh because the economy daily is a major um newspaper dedicated to the economy and then thean is the is in charge of the economy you will think the economy daily would acknowledge the passing of the a former Premiere no it's not on the front page it's not on the front page of the people's da um and then when w met with Anthony blinkin Anthony blinken wore a black tie it seems that he was in morning but not CCP officials what does that tell you um now let me play you a video to show um the outpouring of Public public support or morning for thean in China now I these videos were I think were taken at least 24 hours ago because I saw them this morning they were uploaded um um during out last night but during daytime in China so I heard before shortly before this live stream that there are more flowers and more people so what you looking at is the scene in China uh about um a day ago so this one is in where was the uh party secretary and this is in his ancestral home in an and it's in a small village and that's look at the flowers and this is in h where he was born and where he grew up and the um the amount of flowers I think it's more now um and people line up people line up in order um to to to U look at the amount of flowers um and this this video doesn't show people line up in order one after another you have you know out oh here we go here's the line yeah um people line up with flowers and there are a lot of undercover police mixed in this crowd and they're telling people and this is at night this is last night in the Square um and there a lot of undercover police there um so and you know they're telling people not to not to discuss anything related to politics so you know if people were I mean the under police were very um covert you know like they are trying not to arouse any public emotion so they are just there with among the people and they listen to what people talk about so if if the conversation turned political they will remind people to not talk about that and then after people you know paid respect and and laid the flower they they stood there to tell people to leave quickly so they are there the police are there but they're undercover so you can't tell who they are um now I want to show you this this costume this this pair it's Halloween is coming right so it's the weekend before the Halloween so Chinese wor this costume this woman we um I think it's in Shanghai she wear this costume with another friend of hers but her costume is a more of a wreath you know Chinese um commemorate their deceived deceased uh their loved ones with paper flower wreath so she wore a a gigantic paper flower wreath behind her and has this uh paper wreath in front of her she wore that with the word bereavement um in the center and there's this man in the corner she he's wearing a silver outfit with a sign that says uh that says I'm in Shanghai I miss you very much follow followed by a word in Red Death so if you don't read the word death then it means I'm in Shanghai I miss you very much but if you add the word death then it literally says I'm in Shah I want you to die so much so it depends on how you read it you know it's it's you know I mean it's just it's um you know it has double meaning so the sky world this street sign right um over his head and and the pair was um and these pictures were um um I think this is in Shanghai I think people were trying to be creative in in in um in sending their message so now and other according to citizens in an people say many people um were crying and they lot lot of there are a lot of call young people who came um and there are also people who came from out of town who who came to anui and many people did not want to leave because they were afraid that the flowers will be cleared Away by the authorities so they stood there uh they did not want to leave to guard the flowers um so okay now let me talk about what's the significance of this what does this mean to the future of Chinese politics or the CCP well Le Kell is the most well-educated premier China um has has seen right he studied law at Beijing University and has had a PhD in economics he he loved Beethoven and and he loved speaking English his wife uh is a English teacher English Professor a professor teaching English and he was say said to speaking English at home with his wife and daughter and he translated a few books into Chinese including the one called outline of the theory no outline of the history of the British constitution he translated this book very early on in his early years um before he became a politician and this book is still you is used by the law school of be University as a textbook but despite his education and talent he is publicly claimed as the weakest and the most unproductive Premier China ever had thanks to his political leader and people say it's such an irony that massive number of people mourn the loss of a leader who did very little for his people because he he he is the least productive Premiere China ever had so why did so many people uh mourn the loss of leader who did very little for them uh that's because he said one line of Truth so leuch will forever be remembered as the daring Premiere who said 600 million Chinese lived with 100 lived 1,000 rembe or less a month um he said that after Shi jinin declared that he had eliminated poverty in China and people say that one line alone was enough to set him apart from all the other CCP leaders it had people said that he is not like a saint I mean he he he's a he's an he was an official within the CCP system and has done things you know um that made people suffer and against against people's interest I mean he had to because he's he's he was a CCP officials but it didn't matter to people it's now this outpouring of morning is no longer about how good Liang was as a leader but rather it's about how bad the rest of them are so um while he was a premier Liang did not have much influence or power but but after he died he surely amassed tremendous influence um last year when jamine died this there's a song Chinese pop song that was banned and the song is called too bad it's not you now leang with liang's passing more Chinese pop songs are being banned and the titles are uh well that one is included too bad it's not you is included we also have songs called you are next also the song I hope it's you and also the song with the title why it's not you and also the song called it's good that it's you in the end see all of these songs are are are like pop love songs you know when people say I hope it's you why it's not you it's good that it's you in the end right I mean they're all love but the the the subject the title is so sensitive now because they all but because the Chinese are using these songs to insinuate that they wished it was a different leader who had died um and that's why all these songs are banned so people you can no longer sing these songs on on on public forum and I think that's just wild um Colleges and Schools have been received orders to monitor the student stents and to prevent any protest or large morning activities from taking place security is on high alert public events are cancelled um till I think a week into November Nik has already become a sensitive word social media posts um are carefully monitored um anything too positive about lean are removed um people are going crazy they're trying to find anything they could have said or written and they found this um they found this let me see that he wrote when he was 17 years old oh here I already talked about this and this is what Lian wrote in 1982 on January 10th I tried to translate um he said innocently truthful yet well vered kind but strong aspired to a life above the mendan world while while Ro well-rooted in society this should be the common pursuit of Our Generation I don't know if this translation does you know serve serve him well but I think he wrote it so beautifully in Chinese um it's it's very very inspiring and he has great handwriting his handwriting is beautiful as well so he wrote this when he was 17 uh 20 no 27 years old and I think in a way he does represent I think he became who he aspired to I think in a way that describes him um you know I think these this description sets him apart from the other CCP officials and um and the thing the funny thing is now Chinese are just coming coming up with all kinds of things thatan said and I don't even believe he actually said this like for example this one okay let me he said to be a man you don't have to be famous but upright when doing things we don't have to be perfect but must do so with a clear conscience treat everyone around you with sincerity and be thankful for everything we have the future doesn't belong to the poor nor the rich but a group of well but a group of like-minded pioneering upright people with positive thoughts and energy the real crisis isn't a financial one but the crisis of morality and Faith but in the company of be in the company of the wise and walk among the kind uh we have no idea if lean wrote this but people are now writing all these great verses and attribute it attribute them to him um but that tell us what's on the mind of Chinese people it does not matter if he wrote it or not um but I think it does matter how Chinese people would take um his his passing um to make a difference in in in their life and in China so in terms of what his death really mean to the CCP or to China or to the Chinese people I think his death ended an era um people are fully aware with his passing an era the so-called economic economic um reforms um has is gone and that has killed people's hope for economic independence and this this is the brutal reality people now face um after he died that's the the significance of his death um now his death further exacerbated people's fear for the future won't be people we will never be able to find out how he died or the real causes of his death but the Quest for for the truth will forever Challen Cheng shiin pin and ccp's credibility and this will become ccp's nightmare um I say this because based on the amount of based on the obsession people have with these with the the with the conspiracy theory I'm convinced that people will forever this Quest For Truth um will will symbolize um a force in China uh that would directly challenge the this the the leadership the The Establishment or the regime and that's that's scary and every year in the future you know when it comes lean's birthday or the anniversary of his death um so October 27th every year on his birthday and on his death the the regime will be fearful of people's reaction because those two days will become um become an occasion for people to uh to find out the truth about what happened to him so that's the impact thean has made after he died he didn't achieve it while he was alive but he will I think he had he will leave behind um tremendous influence after his death and I think it will gradually unfold in front of us and and we'll see so I think that's significant all right um all right I finished that and let me see what what do you guys think all right um all right there are a lot people even though he couldn't he failed um and but I think the the outpouring of public support for him was not because people thought he was so good it was because people are trying to say the rest of them are so bad that's the point that's the highlight of this this talk it's a people are trying to say um the rest are just hopeless they're just so bad that's the message all right all right Will Smith Lay if you were Bal bald I'd love you forever you're not saying me I won't be bald you're saying shiin ping he may be bald I will never be bald sailor okay all right Jeff Ramos thank you how long did Le serve as PM 10 years um two terms good bad he's um he's the least accomplishing he's the least accomplishing Premiere he did very little like I said he's the most unproductive Premiere um will be a front runner uh for the for the democ for the Democrats in the 2028 election so the CCP believes that he has a good chance of to become a president the next president in 2028 so they want to groom him early on that's reason number one and reason number two is after he has set enough fires in the world after he has caused enough headaches for Joe Biden and CCP now wants to play the Diplomat he want to play the good guy so he wants to be appear um friendly and so that's why this this meeting with Nome you know uh came about so that's that's what I think uh leay did you ever drink BYU how awful was that BYU is hard Chinese liquor like or M I did not I took taste of it I'm not I don't like alcohol I don't drink alcohol but I knew I I could tell you it's so strong I attended a wedding many years ago one of my good friends wedding and you know how Chinese like to toast in maai and the bride the groom was from in and China the bride was from Taiwan she the girl did not know how strong Malai could be you know how the Chinese they try to get the groom to drink so they toast they proposed so many toast to him him and the the the bride was trying to help his groom and so she said let me take the drink for for him okay the next thing we know the bride disappeared from the rest of the reception people ask where is the bride well she is the alcohol completely um ruined the rest of the wedding for her because just tiny little shot maybe she took two shots um so strong because the liquor tastes very good it's it does not taste like heart liquor it's 120 proof but it's very strong it tastes fine but then afterwards it's pretty strong so that's that's what I I mean she was vomiting you know it looked very bad I I really felt bad for um for her that's my experience of the Chinese spu if you ask me okay why are we talking about here okay um uh Nome is a slightly less pathetic version of Justin Trudeau okay why do you say slightly less pathetic you think he's better
