In 2007, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner met through mutual friends and immediately clicked. Ivanka, the go-getter daughter of the infamous real estate tycoon Donald Trump, and Jared, a hotshot in the real estate scene himself, bonded over their shared interests, respect for each other’s achievements, and probably a good dose of charm. The courtship was swift, and they tied the knot in 2009 in a lavish event held at the Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey, attended by the who’s who of high society, including big-shot celebrities and political figures. Despite the intense public spotlight and the demands of their high-flying careers, Ivanka and Jared have managed to keep their love strong. In this video, we’ll explore their love story, from business hustle to political intrigue, and how they’ve managed to balance their family life with the chaos of public and political life.
Back in 2021, Ivanka Trump, her husband Jared Kushner, and their kids packed up and moved
to Florida along with most of the Trump plan.
They purchased a 6-bedroom, 8,500-square-foot Spanish-style mansion on 1.3 acres in April
2021 for $24 million, located in the sought-after Indian Creek area of Miami.
While the home is impressive and expensive, it was still dubbed a fixer-upper.
So until that place is finished, Ivanka and Jared reside in a stunning 3-level condo in
one of the most luxurious buildings nearby.
Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner's love story is like a real-life romantic plot sprinkled
with business hustle and political intrigue.
These two met back in 2007 through some mutual pals, but it wasn't just a chance encounter.
It was more like a setup orchestrated by friends who knew that they would hit it off.
Ivanka, the go-getter daughter of the infamous real estate tycoon Donald Trump, and Jared,
a hotshot in the real estate scene himself, immediately clicked.
They bonded over their shared interests, respect for each other's achievements, and probably
a good dose of charm.
The courtship happened fast, and they tied the knot in 2009.
Their wedding was no low-key affair, it was a lavish event held at the Trump National
Golf Club in New Jersey, attended by the who's who of high society, including big-shot celebs
and political figures.
Both of them have waded into the political waters, with Jared serving as a senior advisor
to his father-in-law President Donald Trump during his time back in the White House.
Ivanka also took an official role as an advisor to her dad, diving into the high-stakes world
of politics.
Despite the intense public spotlight and the demands of their high-flying careers, Ivanka
and Jared have managed to keep their love strong.
They're raising their family while juggling the chaos of public and political life.
They're big on family vibes, and are often seen out and about with their kids too.
Their story is the ultimate power couple tale, a mix of shared ambitions, mutual respect,
and a deep connection that's weathered the crazy ups and downs of life in the public
eye.
Along with all of this though, Ivanka and Jared also have a taste for the finer things
in life, just like their families do.
One of the ways we can see Ivanka and Jared's taste for luxury is definitely in their real
estate.
A quick drive down Cullens Avenue in Indian Creek, Miami is where the couple will eventually
call home with their kids.
In 2021, the high-profile couple packed up their lives in Washington, D.C. and moved
to the Sunshine State, purchasing a 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom, 8,500-square-foot Spanish-style
mansion sitting on 1.3 acres for $24 million.
While one might expect a home to come completely ready for that whopping price tag, in this
case it was still a fixer-upper, and Ivanka is still working on moving in there with
her family.
The property was built in 1994 and gates open up to a reflecting pool, all of which is surrounded
by trimmed hedges and palm trees.
The palazzo-style mansion can only be accessed by a single bridge, which is guarded by a
gatehouse patrolled by the island's security team.
The interior opens up to double staircases and a 26-foot domed ceiling, while out back
the couple is currently constructing a guest house beside their private dock.
Their residence is directly across the road from the island's upscale golf course and
just a few homes down from the palace that Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen were building
for their family until their divorce.
Known as Billionaire's Bunker, the island community is gated, guarded, and separated
by a bridge that you can only get over if security allows.
The Kushner Trump home is the first one you see going in and the last one you pass while
leaving.
Inside the mansion there are a handful of spacious and light-filled living areas, as
well as bars and sitting rooms to relax.
Other highlights include a chef's kitchen, screening room, wood-paneled office, and home
gym.
The stunning home might have been turnkey ready when it first appeared on the market,
but more recent aerial shots show it has deteriorated quite a bit, at least on the grounds.
The pool is full of green water and the patio appears to need some new tiling done, so it
isn't too surprising that Ivanka and Jared haven't moved in just yet.
Thankfully, the well-to-do pair are renting an apartment in this stylish art building
close to Indian Creek in Miami's Surfside neighborhood.
Each of the luxury units in here offers private elevator access as well as amazing views of
the ocean with wraparound terraces.
There are also impressive kitchens with wall-to-wall marble and designer appliances, and other
expensive finishes throughout.
It's said that Ivanka and her family reside in a unit that spans three floors in the building
and boasts four bedrooms throughout.
The building has a private tennis court on the roof and a 75-foot indoor lap pool, but
the Kushner Trumps have their own private outdoor pool and yard.
Other amenities in the luxury building include plush residence lounge, gym and yoga studio,
temperature-controlled parking spots, a meditation pond, and direct beach access.
Before moving to Miami, the couple has always owned a remarkable real estate portfolio,
living in some of the most lavish properties.
This includes their former residence in Manhattan, a luxurious penthouse in Trump Park Avenue.
Once Ivanka and Jared got hitched, their New York home was reportedly the one that they've
long owned at Trump Park Avenue in the heart of Manhattan, purchased in 2004 for $1.5 million.
This apartment spans 1,549 square feet and has two beds and two baths.
Previously, Ivanka was living in a dimly-lit unit a few floors below with lower ceilings,
but once she married Jared, they moved up to this one, which was much brighter and more
spacious.
The completed designs were featured in Elle Decor and the subject of Ivanka's Instagram
account until they moved into their Washington home.
Her New York City apartment had spacious walk-in closets in both bedrooms and a luxury ensuite
in the master.
There were custom-stained hardwood floors and coffered ceilings throughout, as well
as a hand-painted mural in the foyer.
The Kushner-Trumps still actually own this unit, however, Ivanka sold her first place
there on the lower floor, where she used to live in the building, in 2016 or 2017 for
$4.1 million.
In addition, they've also owned properties in New Jersey, Washington D.C., and other
prime locations, some of which have been part of high-profile deals and investments.
Now, when it comes to their wheels, Ivanka and Jared lean heavily towards the luxury
and high-performance end of the spectrum, like you might expect.
Even as a child, Ivanka could be seen wearing a Ferrari jacket.
Now she's been able to build quite the collection for herself, cars costing up to $250,000.
Her dad Donald Trump might have once complained about German cars, but Ivanka is clearly a
Mercedes fan, as her date night Instagram photos show.
Ivanka and Jared like to drive themselves around, actually, and they've been spotted
collecting their Dodge Ram pickup truck from a valet.
Given its size and sturdiness, it seems like a great choice for carting the kids around,
too.
Family also owns vehicles like a spacious GMC Yukon.
Both Ivanka and Jared have been involved in various business ventures and investments.
Jared in particular has had a substantial impact in the real estate industry, making
some big deals and strategic investments.
Ivanka, on the other hand, has her own successful fashion and lifestyle brand, too, showcasing
her taste for upscale, sophisticated designs and products.
Their lifestyle also includes indulging in fine dining, high-end fashion, exclusive vacations,
and the finest of amenities.
This includes designer clothing, jewelry, private jets, and extravagant vacations to
luxury destinations.
Couples often been spotted attending high-profile events, showcasing their exquisite taste in
fashion and style.
Alongside their indulgence in opulent living, the couple's also been involved in philanthropic
activities and social causes.
Their support for various charity endeavors and causes has been well-documented, showcasing
their commitment to making a difference in the world.
Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner no doubt live quite a stylish and luxury life, like most
of the Trump clan has enjoyed over the years.
But is it any surprise?
For today, that's going to wrap up this house tour and video.
But before we go, answer this question.
If money wasn't an issue, would you prefer to have your very own driver to chauffeur
you around?
Or would you continue to drive yourself?
Honestly, I guess a driver would be nice once in a while, but I actually love driving way
more than sitting in the passenger seat.
