Hello, how are you all. My name is Gaurav and you are watching The One Page YouTube Channel.
Friends, today's video is going to be very special for you. Why? Because I have brought a very good video of composting for you.
And in this I am going to share two methods with you.
The first method is the normal cow dung compost.
And the second method is how we can use liquid fertilizer on it.
So I am going to explain both of them very well. So watch the video till the end.
And yes, if you are new to this channel, then please subscribe to us.
We are trying to achieve the target of 1 million in a month or two.
So please, if you support us, we will achieve the target of 1 million very soon.
Ok friends, so we follow our tradition and ask you a question and you answer it.
So our question is that have you ever done composting for your garden or terrace garden or balcony garden?
Which compost have you made? Cow dung, leaf compost or kitchen waste compost?
Which of the three have you made? Do mention in the comment section.
And all three of our videos are available on YouTube and I will also put it in the description.
So finally let's start the video.
If you do gardening, then you must definitely know how much cow dung manure is useful.
So let's learn how to make cow dung compost from cow dung.
If we talk about the rate of these dung, then you can easily get it for 3 to 4 rupees on Amazon.
And if you buy it from a local shop, then you can easily get it for 1 to 3 rupees.
If the composting process is done properly, then our compost is made very quickly.
Here we have to make small pieces of our cow dung and then you have to take a big pot.
It is very important to have a drainage hole in it.
Our liquid fertilizer will come out from there.
Let's fill our pot quickly.
For now, our cow dung is very hard, but as soon as it comes in contact with water, it will become soft and will keep pressing down.
Let's put a lid to collect the drainage water from below.
Now we have to add water to start the composting process.
After adding water, the composting process will start.
So let's add water.
And remember, don't add too much water.
If you add water slowly, you will get faster composting.
The most important point in composting is the presence of microorganisms.
And these are mostly present in the soil.
So we have to put a layer of soil here, which will make the composting process faster.
By adding water, our process will start, but by adding soil, it will start composting at 2x speed.
Now here you have to make it faster.
So you have to sprinkle any decomposed cow dung compost or vermicompost on it.
These two, soil and decomposed vermicompost, will be very effective in making our composting process faster.
Here you just have to keep in mind that moisture should always be maintained.
After any process, sprinkle a little water so that our process continues and does not stop.
If the water dries up here, our process will stop.
If you want to avoid the smell, then put a lid on it.
In a month, your cow dung compost will be very soft.
And yes, it is almost 30-40% decomposed.
The process of composting depends on three things.
Aeration, moisture and heat.
If you keep shuffling it, the aeration process will continue.
The heat will continue to meet the sun.
And yes, you keep adding moisture from above.
After nearly two months, our composting is 50% ready.
Now here you can see how much our cow dung compost is of fine quality.
And yes, if you talk about its quantity, it has also decreased.
If you are noticing, then let's talk about how to use liquid fertilizer on it.
To maintain moisture, we keep adding regular water to it.
Then a lot of water is stored in our bucket or lid.
And we can use it as a liquid fertilizer.
You can put this liquid directly in any plant.
And the plant is definitely going to get a lot of nutrients.
And that too completely organic.
Let's learn today how to use cow dung liquid fertilizer.
We have this liquid fertilizer available from nearly 1 to 1.5 liters.
Now in this, we will add at least 4 to 5 liters of water in 1 to 1.5 liters.
Cow dung compost is very hot.
And it can easily burn the plant.
It can easily burn its roots.
So here we will dilute it and reduce its heat a little.
And you are seeing how to do it here.
If the color of our liquid fertilizer turns light brown,
then you understand that it is ready to be added to the plant.
Let me add it and tell you which plants you can put it in.
Whenever you use liquid fertilizer,
shuffle the water well once so that everything gets mixed.
And after that you can easily put it in your flowering plants.
And you can easily put it in your winter or summer flowering plants.
And they are going to get a lot of bloom.
Our cow dung compost has a lot of nutrients.
And it has a very good amount of potassium, phosphorus and nitrogen.
It has a lot of nitrogen, which boosts the growth of the plant.
And it also has a lot of essential nutrients.
That's why it is very effective for the plant.
The special thing about organic fertilizer is that
it increases the quality of the soil along with the overall development of the plant.
Because it produces good bacteria in the soil.
So the quality of the soil increases.
But the next time we add fertilizer, it decomposes very quickly.
And the plant can easily absorb a lot of nutrients from it.
Liquid cow dung fertilizer is very effective for tomato plants.
As soon as we started adding fertilizer to it,
it started blooming a lot.
And yes, after blooming, this tomato also started producing.
Cow dung is used the most in flowering plants.
And it is the most important for rose plants.
If you use cow dung the most in rose plants and use it from time to time,
then definitely you will get a lot of flowers.
The size of the flower will increase.
And yes, to get the effect quickly,
you just have to rub it in the soil and then add liquid fertilizer.
Whenever you shuffle,
you always have to remember to add a little soil or compost to it.
And yes, don't forget to close the lid.
Now, friends, it's time to dry our compost.
So here you will not add water for the last 15 days.
This will dry your compost and we will be able to filter it easily.
After 3 months or after 90 days,
your cow dung compost is ready.
And here you can keep it for up to 6 months.
This fertilizer will not spoil your compost.
It will decompose more and it will become more black.
For now, friends, it is ready to be used in the plant.
Let's filter it and see how much fine quality we have.
Here, friends, our cow dung compost is nearly 90% ready.
It is still slightly brown in color,
which means it can decompose more.
Actually, cow dung compost is fully decomposed in nearly 6 months.
But there is a very simple way to make it very fast.
That is, in the initial stages,
we can use the earthworm to make the composting process very fast.
You get vermicompost directly in 3 months from 6 months.
That too with cow dung compost.
You don't have to do anything.
You have to put a lot of earthworms in a pot,
which will eat your cow dung and make it as a vermicompost.
How to do this?
I have a detailed and informative video on this.
You will get it in the description and at the end of this video.
So watch the whole video at the end.
And at the end, you will know which video you want to watch.
Let's come back to the topic.
Here we are filtering cow dung.
And here we will have two products available.
One is fine quality cow dung compost and one is a little thick part.
Now put the thick part in this pot again so that it decomposes better.
And you can use the thin or fine part in any plant.
Here your cow dung fertilizer is ready.
You can put it in any plant, especially in a rose plant.
This will make the flowers of the rose plant very big.
Your plant will become very rigid.
I hope you found this video very informative.
