Hello everyone, I'm Eriko Yamaguchi from JELKISH.
Today, I'm joined by weather-news caster Chiko Saya and Saya Yama.
Thank you for having me.
The third episode will be a mid-game special training.
In order to make a good formation in the early game,
the mid-game is very important.
I think that the mid-game practice is only possible in actual combat.
So this time, I'd like to actually play with you.
Thank you for having me.
Today, I'd like to play a game called Koma-uchi.
It's a hand-to-hand combat.
What's good about hand-to-hand combat is that
since I have fewer pieces,
I have a lot of weaknesses.
So if you find the weakness accurately, you can win.
So I just need to find the weakness?
That's right.
So you need to find the weakness to win.
So I'd like to play a hand-to-hand combat game for that.
Got it.
So the strategy is to play a hand-to-hand combat,
but you can do it with a silver bar that you're good at.
You can't exchange pieces this time, can you?
That's right.
So you can do it with a silver bar that you're good at.
You can do it with a silver bar that you're good at.
And since it's Koma-uchi,
the first goal is to become a knight in the early and mid-game.
Let's play a silver bar with the goal of becoming a knight within the third stage of the opponent.
Got it.
If I can do that, I can win.
Got it.
Well, I'm going to give you some hints along the way,
so I'd like you to win.
I'll do my best.
Let's do it.
Thank you very much.
I'd like to play a hand-to-hand combat.
If it's Koma-uchi, the one who drops it will go first.
Got it.
Thank you very much.
First, I'll play a silver bar.
That's nice.
This one?
Yes.
That's great.
For now, I'll play a hand-to-hand combat.
Got it.
Let's make it usable.
Got it.
That's right.
And here, Sayacchi has a habit of doing this all the time.
Yes.
Like this.
Was it here?
That's good.
Yes.
Hmm.
That's good.
Really?
Yes.
Is it okay?
Yes, yes.
You can play it this time, right?
Yes.
You can play it, so...
Well, first of all, I'll play it.
But this time, I'm defending with two pieces, right?
Yes.
So...
This time, I'll try to play a silver bar here.
Oh, a silver bar here.
Yes.
I wonder how I can do it.
First of all, to do it here,
I have to attack with this pawn.
I can't do it with this silver, so I'll try to play it on the edge.
Yes, got it.
I'm defending with two pieces here,
but I'm only defending with one here,
so the weak point is here.
I see.
This is 1, so I can attack with 2.
I'll attack with a silver and a lance here.
Yes.
Yes, that's right.
It's also possible to go with that.
But this time, there was a good attack.
Yes.
Well, let's just play it.
Here.
Yes.
I'm going to play it.
Play it.
Yes.
Let's think about it here when you play it.
There is a way to attack here.
Like this.
There is also that.
One more.
With a more intense feeling.
With a more intense feeling?
With a more intense feeling.
I told you not to throw away the pieces a lot earlier.
Let's throw away the pieces.
Throw away the pieces.
It's okay to throw them away.
Are you peeling off the roof?
That's right, that's right, that's right.
Not that one.
I'm listening to two of them.
I'm only listening to one.
That's right, that's right, that's right.
Yes, it's okay.
When you take it.
Let's go after this silver this time.
Yes.
Is that so?
That's great.
That's good.
Well then.
First of all, I'm going to run away here.
Yes.
I'm sure it would be nice if it did.
It's strong.
Really?
Isn't it great?
Take it.
Is it a good thing to take?
Yes.
And it's the third time.
It's going to happen.
That's right, that's right.
If it's the third time, it'll definitely happen.
Yes.
And with this.
Yes.
I threw away the silver earlier.
It was a piece zone.
Yes.
You got it back, didn't you?
Yes.
I got it back.
I was worried about the diagonal.
Yes.
I think I succeeded.
Then, for example, like this.
I'll do it.
So, we're going to start in the middle from here.
Yes.
Let's start in the middle.
Yes, please.
I told you that it's important to get used to the diagonal from here.
Yes.
And because it's important to get used to the diagonal,
I'd like you to think about how you can get used to it.
Yes.
First of all, how many pieces do I have here?
One.
OK.
Yes.
How many pieces do I have?
Well, here, right?
Yes.
Two?
That's great.
You've already done it.
That's great.
So, let's do it.
Shall we?
Yes.
It's 2 to 1, so you win, right?
It's plus one, right?
Yes.
So, if it's a piece cheaper than gold, which is it?
This is a piece cheaper than gold.
Then let's go with that.
Yes.
Can I take it?
Please do it.
Yes.
Great.
Take it.
Take it?
Yes.
Oh, so that's how you do it.
It's the third piece.
Yes, it is.
OK.
Sayachi, you've achieved your goal.
That's great.
So, with this,
the gold and stuff will come up,
but it's between the middle and the end.
Next, let's make a square.
Yes.
Let's make a square.
Oh, Sayachi, it's off, so let's count the shapes.
Diagonally.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
It's here, right?
Yes, that's right.
It's difficult to hear the shape, so let's make a square.
Yes.
Oh, I'm sorry.
So, let's use the dragon and the horse well
and get ready to catch the king.
Get ready to catch the king.
Yes.
So, should we start with the horse?
Yes.
Should we start with the horse?
Can we get the king on the edge?
That's right.
How about here?
Sayachi, let's count this too.
The horse.
Diagonally.
Here?
OK, OK.
That's a great move.
It's okay.
So, what should I do?
Let's try it.
Oh.
Sayachi, what is the opponent aiming for?
Yes.
Hmm.
If it's still okay,
it's okay to attack.
Yes.
So,
it's thinking time.
Here.
Isn't that a good move?
With Sayachi's hand,
the dragon has come this far and the horse has come this far,
so the king can't go any lower.
He's gradually cornering the king.
That's a good move.
I'll take this.
OK.
I'll take this silver.
I'll take it back.
That's good.
OK.
I'll take this.
Oh.
But it can't be helped if you take this.
Should I take it?
Yes.
If it's silver and silver, silver is more likely to win.
That's the best move.
I'll attack like this.
If it's a silver and silver exchange,
it's the same piece exchange.
Yes.
I think it's okay.
I see.
How do you think about this?
But if you take this,
you can take the gold with the brush.
I see, I see.
If you think of it as letting the opponent take it,
you can take the opponent's gold and take it back.
Oh, I see.
You can leave it alone.
Yes.
Now it's your turn to attack.
Yes.
When you attack...
Should I use this?
Where can the king go now?
The king can go here.
To attack in an easy-to-understand manner,
let's put a waiting piece where the king can go.
A waiting piece.
Please use the holding piece to wait.
Oh.
Oh, if you do that,
the opponent will run away.
No, the opponent will be on your side.
Oh, really?
This is...
You can't let the opponent take the pieces for free.
Oh.
If it's a silver and silver exchange,
it's the same exchange.
Yes.
So, in order not to let the opponent go here,
you have to make it possible for the king to take it when he goes.
So you put one piece behind.
Oh, I see.
Yes, yes.
If you go like this, you can take it.
Yes.
So you put a waiting piece like this
to catch the king.
Oh, I see.
It's going to be a good feeling.
Yes.
Well,
the game is getting interesting.
Sayachi is strong, so...
You're kind.
No, I think I can do it with this.
This is not a big deal,
so let's crush Sayachi.
Crush...
My king has gold,
so I'll crush it with three hands.
Is this it?
Three hands.
I wonder how to do it.
This is also...
where the king can go.
Here?
Oh, strong.
You're doing it.
You're kind.
You're doing it.
Take it.
Yes.
Take it, take it.
Take it and put it in.
Oh.
Should I take it with a horse?
Is that it?
Can I try it?
Yes.
Like this?
Yes.
I can't run away, can I?
No.
So I have no choice but to take it.
Can I take it?
That's right.
Great.
I did it.
It's actually a three-handed attack.
I did it.
This is the effect of earlier.
Great.
So, in order to make a three-handed attack like this,
I don't want to be able to run away here.
If you can make a three-handed attack,
you can do it.
It's important to be able to make a three-handed attack.
That's right.
So, please try to make a three-handed attack with a three-handed attack.
It was great.
Thank you very much.
And in this mid-game battle,
in order to make a three-handed attack,
I'm going to make a three-handed attack with the silver I got in the beginning.
It's a two-on-one fight.
First of all, I'm going to make a three-handed attack.
And then I'm going to make a three-handed attack.
And then, just before the end of the game,
I'm going to block the king's moves.
I'm going to hit the horse.
And then I'm going to hit the silver.
I'm going to make sure the king can't move at all.
And then I'm going to make a three-handed attack with the gold.
I think it's a good feeling.
I'm so happy that I've been able to absorb a lot of what I remember.
I've been studying a lot of things in the beginning and the end of the game,
and it's been going well.
It's perfect.
It's a great course in the classroom.
Thank you very much.
The flow is...
It's pretty fast, so I think it's a good feeling.
Well, it can't be helped if you lose at first, so you'll be able to win while you're at it.
Shall we go to the actual game?
I'm tired.
So, next time, I'm going to have Sayachi do a Shogi Wars live.
It's my first time doing a Shogi Wars live, so I'd like you to do it.
I'm sorry for the Sparta in our class, but it's a lot of fun to win.
Let's go after we've been beaten by the world's roughness.
So, Sayachi Shidota's six-card game is clear.
I lost.
Congratulations.
Now, in the beginning, in the middle, and in the end, Sayachi did a good job.
Do you feel like you're leveling up?
That's right.
I've met you in the first move to the third move, and I've come to realize that you can't lose for nothing.
I can't lose for nothing.
No, I'm really good at it.
I was pretty moved when I did the last three moves.
The teacher taught you.
No, no, no.
I have a really good memory.
Well, I guess it's the fifth move next time.
What?
Absolutely.
So...
It took you a year, didn't it?
No, I think I can do it in about three months.
I hope you'll try a lot of things.
So, next time, I'm going to play a game with a good opponent.
I'd like to wrap up today's video.
Let's do our best.
That's all for today's video.
