Lotus Evora - Police - Central Motorway Patrol Group - Oxford Diecast 1:76 Review

Hey everyone, I'm going to show you the Oxford diecast lotus Evora with the police markings on it so Oxford diecast make the vehicles at 176 scale Um, they do other smaller ones, but most of them are that size And they're not really toys like hot wheels They're more sort of accurate as this is accurate scale models, and they're usually to go with railway dioramas and scenes and other setups as such Um, but some of the details they have on them are fantastic and I thought I'd just show you This one in particular So yeah, let's get this open. So we open it up Slide it out and they always Have screws at the bottom to hold it in place If I just open it, I'll just show you what it's like If I can I just gotta be really careful with this Okay, so we can see it's attached to the base and out of the packaging You can already see, you know, the colors shine much better Without it. You can see the interior dashboard It's got two colors red and black At this scale. It's quite hard to do Headlights made out of plastic. So they're just painted silver. You can see the registration plate there And yeah, it's got this sort of black racing wheels And the police markings and on the back the Sort of fluorescent orange and yellow on there with a single exhaust so yeah, normally I do stick to 164 but I you know, i'm quite flexible if there's a great looking model and this one for me was a great looking model um It is quite hard to find i've seen other lotus evoras on their website, but this one I think it sold out very quickly So I was very lucky to get this And then yeah, let's take it off and let's have a further look at it. So out of the packaging we can see There's not very much on the base. That's it really And as a vehicle It's not as it's not meant to be played with the wheels don't really roll very well On some other oxford diecasts, which i'll review later the wheels do roll very well But they're not really meant to as it's it's just built for display purpose. So it's kind of a bonus if it does um, okay With this one. Yeah, I wish you know, normally I collect 164, but this is also fine It's quite hard to find this model in other scale sizes So when I saw it, I was like i've got to have this and yeah, it's Great for display.
