Mantis Forms: The Hooks 梅花螳螂拳套路：勾法

Demonstration of the form, The Hooks (Plum Blossom), by Master Hu Xilin. This set demonstrates the hooking methods using the wrists without throwing a single conventional punch.

The forms are practice routines, and they are used to build up familiarity with the techniques; they are not to be used in a fight directly. To reiterate, forms are used for practice only.
