I know, doing her homework, just relaxing.
I miss mommy, and Kathleen misses everyone too.
They're gone now, and she's busy, I don't wanna bother her.
But yeah, we're doing our homework.
They ate early, but I feel like they're gonna eat again.
So we'll see you guys.
Centrifugal force, gravitational force,
science major, see Kathleen.
Okay, I'm done.
You're done?
Mm-hmm.
Eight hours later.
I'm playing with the guys.
I'm excited.
I'm at Publix, and they're almost done.
I'm almost finished shopping.
Done, I got a bunch of stuff,
and Kathleen's gonna be really happy
because Kathleen gave me a grocery list.
See you guys, home and at home.
Shop, shop.
24 hours later.
Good morning, guys.
Michael just woke up, what?
6 o'clock before.
He woke up six minutes before me.
Geez, slept in today.
Wow.
Is it school?
Yeah, today's Wednesday, school day.
Time for breakfast.
Mm.
Hmm?
I'm gonna change my clothes.
You're gonna change your clothes, good.
I don't think they accept this one at school, though.
Oh yeah, they do.
Yeah, you can wear this.
Do you know what today is?
I don't know.
He doesn't know what today is.
Today is me and mommy's 12 year anniversary.
You know what that means?
We've been married for 12 years.
We've been married longer than you've been alive.
You were just a twinkle in my eye.
Yesterday, if you guys didn't see it,
we were live on Facebook.
Mr. Bahal, go check it out.
We were live there.
Congrats to mommy.
Congrats to everyone.
Congrats to Mr. Trinidad, or Mr. Bahal Tagha Trinidad.
Congrats, sir.
And congrats to all the contestants,
all the runners up, to Mr. Tourism, and et cetera.
Everyone there, everyone who helped put it together.
Gosh, what an amazing event,
and I'm really proud of you, Jonalyn.
And yeah, 12 years married to you,
and we're gonna keep going.
I can say that I've been married
to my best friend for 12 years.
And actually, we've been together for more than that
because before we got married, I knew her, right?
Before I married her, I was like, oh, this is the one.
This is the lucky ticket.
But yeah, my Mbunta guys, we're getting ready for school.
I gotta put these dishes away there.
We went grocery shopping yesterday,
but then I didn't vlog, sorry.
We were cooking yummy food.
Didn't vlog that, but it was like something off of TikTok.
One of those yummy beef loaf or spam sandwiches
with the tomatoes and lettuce, cheese, pepper,
and it was like a yummy sandwich, and egg.
Yeah, we're waking up here, and we gotta go to school.
It's Tuesday today.
The week's almost over.
I don't know if you have a short week today or not,
but happy October.
Six hours.
Yeah, today is September 28th,
me and Jodelyn's anniversary, 12th anniversary.
So love you, hun, and what's up, hun?
What'd you say?
For six hours.
Yes, we're going to school for six hours, that's right.
Studying and reading and doing math
and learning, learning, learning.
See you guys.
See ya.
We have cereal for today,
so we can get out of here real quick.
Peace.
So Kathleen's like in the locker room,
and she's telling me how all the girls are using,
like lots of the girls are using perfume, right?
Right, knock?
All the girls are using perfume in the locker room.
So when the boys are passing, tell me what's happening.
You don't want to tell us?
She's too shy.
Kathleen's so shy.
She's like anxiety going crazy right now
because she doesn't want to go to school.
Oh my gosh.
Oh my God.
Kids with anxiety.
I think right now she's preferring online class
like in the Philippines.
And she's confused if it's mommy or daddy or family.
Ivana, come here.
What were you saying?
Come here and talk to me.
How did you find those pictures?
Come here and talk to me.
Sit down.
Come sit down closer to me.
Do you miss Tatae?
Yes.
Mommy?
Yes.
Yeah, so you could say you're homesick, right?
This is your first time in the USA,
and it's pretty tough, especially with COVID.
It's like on top of everything.
I only see mommy itching so many times.
All right?
Do you like mommy itching?
A bit.
And you're happy to see her?
You want to go see her this weekend?
Mm-hmm.
Okay.
Siggi.
All right, guys, we're getting ready for school.
Oh, yes.
Too many people.
So many people.
I didn't eat even two lunch
because there's A lunch and B lunch
because there's so many people.
And then what else?
Is that it?
There's just lots of people.
Huh?
So many people in the locker room?
Yeah.
I don't like locker rooms,
but I change really fast
so I can get the heck out of there.
You change really fast.
You try and get there as early as you can.
You don't stop to do stuff.
You go straight to the locker room,
change over, and then run out.
Yeah, but I need to find a hide first.
Hiding spot.
Where's your hiding spot, babe?
Because you're not allowed to change
in the bathroom or something?
Yeah.
You said?
Because I used to like would run into a stall
into the bathroom.
So I'd see Arba and I would change in there
because I didn't want people looking at me either
because I felt like my chest looked funny
because I got a big bone here in my chest.
You guys didn't notice.
Call it bird chest or something.
But anyway, I had that too, Nuck.
You're going through the same stuff I did.
Aloysia.
Yo, what's up, guys?
I'm waiting for Kathleen.
She's brushing her teeth
and I'm just starting the car up.
I'm waiting for her.
But yeah, to tell you a little bit what's going on,
sorry there hasn't been many vlogs.
We had our anniversary and you know,
it's just kind of lying around.
I didn't do too much.
I was taking a break from vlogging, I guess,
because when I don't feel happy, I just don't vlog.
But yeah, here she comes.
We're getting back on track.
I'm feeling a bit better.
Me and mommy talked.
Oh!
What's up, mom?
Oh, what's up, mom?
Your mask is right here.
But yeah, that's what's been going on with me.
But me and mommy talked.
And even though we miss mommy,
same with Kathleen's been missing mommy and tatai
and everyone there.
Right?
Missing nana and tatai?
I miss nana and tatai too.
So yeah, big time homesickness, guys.
But we're doing well in school.
Good grades.
Math's a little low, but it's tough
because for me personally too,
I don't like computer math or whatever.
It's the website sucks.
It's all these problems.
And I would rather do just old school paper
and pencil homework.
Page number four, page.
Okay, guys, I need you guys to do pages 43 and 44
and bring it back tomorrow.
And that's it.
And then you go home and you write it down and do it.
With the website, the website is terrible.
Okay, we gotta go to class.
See you guys.
Kathleen's super excited to see her friends.
So peace guys.
And thanks so much for hitting the like button
and supporting us.
Peace.
Hey guys, I just got the mail.
Just getting the mail.
And hold on, let me put you back here.
Yeah, I ordered something really cool.
I love Indian stuff.
And I have a fatuation with lots of movies
like Dances with Wolves and The Heritage
and things like that, Last Samohicans.
So I kind of bought something really cool.
I got the Badger Claw, it's backwards, sorry.
Badger Claw necklace.
Whoa, whoa.
This is Cherokee.
So Cherokee, Native American and Indian.
Like our natives here in America are Bajaws and whatnot.
And this is a real Badger Claw.
Isn't that amazing?
So I just ordered it to see what it's like.
And it's beautiful.
Wow, look at that thing.
There's a burrowing owl.
If you guys didn't know about,
there's an owl that lives in a cave almost
in a little burrow, a little hole in the ground
that actually the badgers with their sharp claws,
they dig and dig and dig and dig and make these holes.
And they're looking for maybe other things to eat.
Maybe they're making their own place to stay.
But when a badger moves, these owls find it and they use it.
So they're born natural enemies.
The badgers would eat these owls,
but the owls couldn't live without them,
probably not very well without the badgers
making them their own houses.
So it's a crazy love-hate relationship,
immortal enemies, but they couldn't live without each other.
And the badger, he stands for natural aggression
and boundaries.
And I think how the Native Americans
would use like bear claws and buffalo bone.
And actually these beads right here are buffalo bone,
buffalo bone, or maybe it's these big ones,
sorry, not the black ones,
but these big ones are buffalo bone.
And then the badger claws.
And if you guys didn't know,
they believed that the animals would give you power.
For example, the guys who would hunt the bears,
they would have these huge necklaces of the bear claws
of all the hunt, like the chiefs
and the warriors of the tribe would have that.
And they believed that they were gaining power
from the animal too.
So I've always found this fascinating.
And when I was in the military,
I actually went to my first ever
Native American religion experience
where they use the smoke.
And it was a really cool experience.
And I have always found this stuff
really just super interesting.
I know some of you guys are like really religious
and you believe in, maybe this might be wrong,
but you have to understand and be respectful
of all the religions out there.
And the ones that even came before Christianity.
So super amazing.
This is historical.
And this is made by a real Cherokee native, Bloodborne.
And he does amazing work.
Just found him, super cool.
Wow, it's beautiful.
And I can hang it, I could wear it.
And I think it's just really cool.
I wasn't expecting this to come today as I'm wearing,
I think I would like to wear this with something else,
but yeah, what do you guys think?
Pretty neat, huh?
I feel like, wow.
I'm gaining the power of the badger.
But it's really, really cool.
They really respect animals.
Even as a hunter, they respect animals.
And what even some, lots of the Indians
would say their own prayers, like, thank you.
If they were hunting and they killed a deer or something,
they would say, thank you, brother.
You fought strong and hard.
And thank you for giving us this meat that we have to eat.
Pretty amazing how all the tribes and the religions
were just amazing.
Yo, what's up guys?
So I just got out of this Walgreens
and they don't have many masks.
Just got some reusable face masks for the kids
because at school it's required right now.
And I got some extra ones, small teen adult ones.
Hopefully these will fit them.
They look pretty small, so.
I need to wash their other ones
because we ran out of disposable ones.
And I think I'll just get these reusable washable ones.
And it's like an hour before I need to go get Mike.
And he's a chicken nugget boy,
so maybe we'll get him a snack afterwards.
But I'm pretty sure he already ate
because every time I pick him up,
I'm like, hey, are you hungry, brother?
And then he says, no, you just already ate there in school
and he's enjoying the school lunches, which is great.
Here we are.
Picking up Michael.
Brother, Mike.
Mike.
Brother, Michael.
Brother.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Whoa.
Yeah, right.
So, brother.
Whoa.
Take off your mask, silly.
There you go.
How are you?
Can I get your bag, sir?
How's your day?
Are you full?
Are you late?
Yes, you are.
I forgot something.
What did you forget?
I forgot to get it.
Uh-oh.
Do you want to run in there and get it?
What is it?
Snacks?
No, not snacks.
What is it?
Okay, I'll be right here.
Oh.
Whoa, you brought me something or is this for you?
Okay.
All right, hold it.
Nice.
Got a snack.
All right, I guess we don't need to go eat right now.
Wait, you like my necklace?
Yeah, it looks cool.
Super cool?
Is this made of plastic?
No, it's real animal claw.
Badger.
You know what a badger is?
No.
I'll show you.
See you guys, we're on the way home.
Let's go.
No trespassing.
What's up, guys?
I'm making some coffee really fast.
I got this Colombian coffee.
I didn't know this, but I hear that Colombian's super strong,
one of the strongest coffees.
And I'm totally gonna, when I get back to the Philippines,
I'm gonna get me some Filipino coffee.
There in Bohol, they were actually growing it.
They're locally organic, yummy, yummy coffee.
I'm gonna try more of that.
But yeah, guys, I'm trying to fast right now.
I ate a tiny bit earlier, but that's all I'm gonna eat.
So hopefully, if I can not eat for the rest of the day
and just keep drinking water and coffee,
I'm gonna try and knock some weight off down here
and do a cleanse.
Because I just did this here the other day,
but I was eating with it,
but I guess it's better than nothing.
Two-day detox, lose weight and rejuvenate.
You guys have no idea how expensive this was,
and I did not know.
I thought it was gonna be like $3.
It turned out to be $16.99.
It was like $17.
Mahal ka ayo, morag koan.
800 pesos for that drink.
Susantan.
But anyway, yeah, fasting, Nicole.
This is my new best friend for the next 24 hours.
And like Will Dasovich does,
he does a two- or three-day fast.
What, two-day fast or 24-hour?
I think it has to be longer than 24 hours.
Ooh, that would suck.
Inam dakantube, guys.
Segi.
Scott Kathleen.
Woo!
I waited for 15 minutes.
Sorry, I'm 15 minutes late.
And one hour.
What?
It seemed like an hour, but it was only 15 minutes.
Hold this.
Check that out.
That's your new mask.
No wonder it took you so long.
What happened?
Nothing.
Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing.
Give hug, give hug to your brother.
Inam dakantube, give hug to your brother.
Oh, you just elbowed him.
Kathleen, I'm videoing you
and you're trying to elbow your poor brother.
Michael, be careful.
It was an accident.
Be careful, please.
Self defense.
Another hug, one more.
Be careful.
Don't hurt each other.
Warning.
Good.
Okay.
All right, guys.
Well, the kids are back.
They're having a little fun
before we gotta do their homework.
We have a mountain of paper right here in front of me
that I have to work with.
And they finished eating.
What'd you guys eat?
Cheerfish sandwiches.
And Michael didn't want it, but we had mashed potatoes.
Kathleen, you like mashed potatoes?
Yeah.
I ate any and I saw all the leftovers
and I'm like the leftover king
because I eat all your guys' leftovers, Deva.
And sayang, guys, because I'm fasting right now.
I ate some low-fat yogurt with strawberries and blueberries
and then I'm fasting.
Yeah, I know, right?
My tummy.
But it's gonna be hard because that food,
I'm so used to eating your guys'.
It could be like two days.
I don't even wanna do it.
I think I wanna do like 20.
Dad won't do anything.
What are you saying?
Why wouldn't it do anything?
Yeah, for two days, you're tummy's like this big
and you only shake 1%.
No, 16%.
Like this and then.
It's like a healthy thing.
It's like a dietary thing.
There's all these cool benefits from it.
Shout out, Will Dasovich.
But yeah, sayang, guys, what do we always say?
Man, kita-kita.
We'll be back with another one.
Bye, guys.
Hit the like button.
Peace out.
