Giant moray eel and grouper hunting together as a team. These large predators didn't seem to be bothered much by me getting close to them during this dive. In fact, the animals gave me a great chance to film the entire hunting show. I even think that the grouper was using the light of my video torch as some sort of hunting aid. Small fish had no chance whatsoever when these two came along. A deadly show at night at a shallow depth on the USAT Liberty wreck in Tulamben, northern Bali. It is not so uncommon for different species of animals cooperating with each other. Different animals hunting together are quite often seen in the wild, both above and below the waterline. This dive spot is highly recommended for night diving by the way, as it has easy entry and exit points from the nearby shore (a cobble beach with direct access to the road) and the depth is rather shallow (-5 m to -32 m).
