Hi guys and welcome back to my channel.
If you are new, welcome.
My name is Hannah and on this channel we talk all things home decor, home aesthetics, mixing
high and low with new and old and in today's video we are discussing some holiday designer
dupes.
So if this is something you are interested in watching, just keep on looking.
Now if you guys have been with me for a while, you know that I love doing these type of videos
where I enjoy finding dupes for those higher price point items.
So in today's video, I broke it up into about 11 to 12 different decor items from designer
brands.
Our House, Pottery Barn, McGee and Co, they're all going to be packed within this video.
Now you guys can check those items out down in the description box.
I'm not only going to link the actual designer option, but I'm also going to link the dupe
option with prices so you guys can compare apples to apples.
But I spent a few hours just going through the websites, trying to find items that were
identical if not very similar.
So I hope you guys enjoy.
I've never done one of these before for the holiday, but without further ado guys, let's
get into today's video.
All right, I am going to be referring to my computer that is to the left of me, just kind
of walking you guys through each one of these items, but we're going to head over to McGee
and Co's website first.
Now the first item I was able to find an identical dupe for was the Merry Christmas
Mantle Hanging Garland.
Now on McGee and Co's website, it is priced at $40.
The materials of this garland are iron and overall dimensions are 55 inches in length
and about 0.25 inches in height.
So this would be really beautiful hung maybe on a mantle.
You could even hang this across a mirror.
You really could use this for multiple different ways, but this garland is beautiful and just
like very traditional Christmas feeling, but we can definitely find a dupe for this.
So I found the dupe for this garland on Amazon for $24.
Now I honestly think this is the same exact item that is sold on McGee and Co's website,
which I have seen this happen multiple times with different items, but on Amazon, this
is from the company Creative Co-op, which you guys are very familiar by now.
This guy is priced at $24.
It is currently on sale and as a side note, as I always state to you guys, if anything
on Amazon is priced in my videos, sometimes that price does fluctuate based on popularity.
So if it's priced now at $24, there is a possibility of it going up or going down.
Just wanted to make a side note, but this is the same exact width.
We have 55 inches wide by 0.25 in height.
So I honestly think this is the same thing, but you're honestly getting it for almost
half the price.
The second item from McGee and Co is their Willow Wreath in Antique Pewter.
This is currently priced at $78.
It is a very beautiful representation of the holidays.
It's definitely more captivating.
It's got this really beautiful kind of antique pewter, and I think this is a really classic
holiday wreath.
If you are one of those people that really loves that traditional feeling, this would
be a great thing to style on a sideboard or even some open shelving.
Now $78 is pretty steep.
I definitely think we can find that somewhere else, which I found the identical option on
another website.
This is from a company called Whitehaven Home, which I'm not very familiar with.
It is definitely a new company that I came across within my search, but I found the same
exact one on their website on sale for $38.74.
It is currently 33% off if you guys are interested.
Same dimensions, same exact items.
If you are wanting that look, check out Whitehaven Home for this beautiful iron.
The next item that I found a dupe for is the faux garland at McGinko.
This is their Evergreen Six Foot Garland, currently priced at $118.
To be honest, you guys, I would never spend this much money on a garland because I have
seen these type of items at HomeGoods for a fraction of the price.
HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, they are now carrying really great quality, real touch garland and
stems at those department stores for a really great affordable price.
So again, the one from McGinko was priced at $118.
Now I found its dupe from Kirkland's, which is also a really great place to shop for those
dupes.
The one that I found is priced at $39.99.
Now the only difference between those two garlands is we lose one foot of length between
the McGinko and the Kirkland's, but you're definitely achieving that look for a lot less
money.
So again, when it comes to stems and garlands, I definitely think you can buy those things
elsewhere.
All right, so the next one I'm really excited about, and if you guys would have caught my
world market shop with me, I've already featured this item, but for those of you who hadn't
tuned into that video, this is a good dupe.
So from Pottery Barn, they have their handcrafted brass bells wall art.
Now for a set of six bells, this guy is priced at $279.
Essentially it is just a long bar with various different bells hanging from it.
It's a really beautiful take for the holiday season if you are one that wants to do some
sort of wall art on your walls.
However, I found it at world market for only $70.
This is going to come with seven beautiful bells.
They range in two different sizes.
They have like their large and then a little bit of a medium size above it, but it is on
rope hanging from a wooden dowel.
Now this is exactly the same vibe, the same kind of overall look and feel, but you were
honestly saving $200 going with world market's option versus Pottery Barn's.
So if you have been on the hunt for something like this, check it out down below.
While we are in the bell category, also from Pottery Barn, I came across their antiqued
brass finish bells.
This is a set of three for $149.
These are really beautiful.
There are three different sizes and they're all just a little bit different from one another,
which is something I really can appreciate.
I love honestly pairing things in threes.
As you guys know, that's a huge thing when it comes to designers and styling, but I also
love that these bells have just like a little bit different etching along the side to make
them all individually unique.
$149 for the Pottery Barn bell option, but I found some beautiful, very similar options
from actually Magnolia Home.
Now hers only came in two different sizes, a small and a medium.
The small is priced at $22 and the large is priced at $38.
So you're still going to be saving yourself a little bit of money by achieving that same
look.
Magnolia's option is definitely a little bit more of a brighter brass, whereas the Pottery
Barn one definitely has more of an antiqued feel, but that's not to say that you couldn't
get some rub and buff if you wanted to make the Magnolia Home bells a little bit more
aged.
These are a very beautiful option.
Again, the etching is different from these bells as well, still similar to the ones from
Pottery Barn.
So if you have been on the hunt for some really beautiful bells, this would make a really
great addition to a coffee table style.
So the next two for you guys is from Afloral.
Now if you guys have not seen these all over Instagram, these are one of the most popular
stems and garland for the holidays.
They have been for the last few years, which is their original Afloral Real Touch Norfolk
Garland.
So this is a 60 inch garland and it is priced at $58 on Afloral.
This is a very stunning garland.
You definitely are going to get that texture and movement, but again, $58 for the ones
from Afloral.
And of course, heading on over to Kirkland's, they have the same exact length for $39.99.
You're going to definitely achieve that look for less if you are loving that Norfolk style.
It's definitely a little bit more of a thicker, bolder, not as traditional as our normal pine.
But again, if you're wanting to save a little bit of money, I would definitely head over
to Kirkland's before they sell out because these are an identical dupe for a fraction
of the price.
So the next item we are going to be finding a dupe for is from Our House.
Now Our House has a really beautiful collection of holiday decor, but I definitely think we
can find most of their items elsewhere, including this really beautiful Jingle Bell Garland
priced at $239.
Now this is 72 inches in width, so it's kind of got some good length to it.
They have it styled on a mantle, but you guys, looking at this, I would never spend $239
on this garland because all you need is some twine and some beautiful bells and some rub
and buff, and you are good to go.
If you are one that is not very crafty, I found a very similar option on Amazon priced
at $39.
Now really, the only difference between the one from Our House and the one from Amazon
is the one from Amazon does have star cutouts within the bell itself.
Not a big deal.
All you would have to do to change the color to is to just put a little bit of rub and
buff on these bells to kind of give it that more brassy, antique feel.
And this one is 16 feet in length, so this is definitely longer.
You could have this styled on your mantle or you could use it as a garland for your
Christmas tree, but you're definitely going to achieve that same look without paying $239.
The next item from Our House is this really beautiful faux rabbit Christmas stocking.
Now this one's priced at $49.
It does come in two different colors.
It comes in chocolate and it also comes in ivory.
Now the one that I'm going to be duping for you guys is their chocolate.
It's a really beautiful stocking.
Just plain.
There's nothing on it.
So it's definitely bringing in that holiday feeling by bringing the faux fur, but for
$49 we can do better and we sure did.
Heading on over to TJ Maxx, I actually found two of these stockings for the price of $16.99.
These are by the company Martha Stewart, which I have told you, Martha Stewart has some really
beautiful items for holiday this year, so definitely be on the hunt for her brand at
TJ Maxx, Home Goods, and Marshalls.
So you're getting two of these solid faux fur chocolate brown stockings for only $17.
All right, and the very last item we are going to be duping is from Our House again, and
this is their black micro light faux tree.
Now this one is the six and a half tree priced at $500.
I don't know what someone would be thinking to spend $500 on this.
It's beautiful.
I love how delicate it is, but I definitely know we can do better.
Again, this one is six and a half feet, so you're definitely getting that height.
It also does come in a four foot and an eight foot option as well, so keeping that in mind.
But my dupe option that I found for you guys is $113, and this one is also from Amazon.
Clearly they're going to look a little bit different.
The one from Amazon is a little bit more sparse.
It's not as full as the one from Our House, but you're definitely going to be achieving
that look for less.
Again, this one is priced at $113, and it is also six foot in height, so you're definitely
going to be comparing apples to apples.
But clearly there are lots of great finds out there to be found if you're wanting that
designer look for less.
So that is the last item of this dupe video.
All right guys, and that is it for today's video.
I hope you enjoyed this holiday designer dupes video.
This is the first time, obviously, I've ever done this.
Please sound off in the comments what you guys thought.
Give it a big thumbs up.
It does help my channel a ton.
And let me know if you guys are planning on getting any of these dupes, or if you want
me to continue this.
I know we're obviously going to be getting into November, and so a lot of people are
already going to be buying their items, but I definitely did want to get this to you guys
sooner rather than later.
But until next time, I love you guys so much.
Thank you for being here, and we'll see you guys in my next video.
Peace.
