welcome back to another episode of Mystery History where we explore
history's greatest mysteries with your host look at that me I'm still here and
Mittens is here too she is sitting on the table and in the background we have
a wonderful episode for you today that's just gonna boggle your mind and make you
think it's a lot of old pictures and drawings and paintings a lot of them I
just recently found and so enjoy love you thank you all enjoy enjoy enjoy
here we go oh yeah I got a new handpan if I didn't say in my last episode but
I have a new handpan a lot of you were commenting on how great it sound and so
a lot of these paintings and drawings I was specifically searching for between
1500s and probably 1800s a lot of the many many of the old drawings are from
and painting 1600s 1700s earlier some of the more fancy buildings in drawings are
some of the older paint older ones which is surprising right there is Rome that
is I don't know where somewhere really cool like that's one of the older ones
like we we just if we just go back no we'll just keep going and notice a lot
of the paintings they're just people living amongst the ruins just and they
are building new homes next to the ruins eventually building whole cities back
into where an ancient city used to be and so you'll see a lot a lot of
different ages of cultures mixed in with like medieval type of architecture
you'll see like Roman and Egyptian all mixed together you'll see some like poor
people buildings that look like medieval style next to some like
ridiculously fancy Roman architecture and then some Egyptian pillar next to
next to that all mixed together like different layers of different ages of
time periods and it almost looks like we're devolving quite a lot in our
architectural building styles and ability
like oh let's just that last one was just so good we should go back this one
there's a few of these ones in here that are really wild and like over-the-top
fancy and again you'll see mixture of architectural styles like Roman and
Egyptian and just beautiful stuff
this picture in this one is from Rome and the surrounding ruins around Rome
some of the descriptions say five miles away from Rome from 1720 to 1768 I
believe most are they're all from most of them are from the same artist the
black-and-white ones you'll see a lot of crazy ones like these ones are from
him looks like from some underground place and this was another one from him
this one too and this is a fireplace that he drew he drew many really fancy
fireplaces they looked very Egyptian like in this Roman city you should see
more of them coming up like that one so like this picture here this is one of
the pictures that with the description there's some to probably a five miles
outside of Rome ruins and that's probably within Rome that's probably
Rome and many of these pictures look like they're discovering Rome for the
first time they got shovels or digging stuff up they are looking around these
are some of the ruins outside of Rome and back to Rome again pretty much all
the pictures you've just watched were all from the same artists from 1720s to
still the same artists 1768 of Rome and the surrounding ruins and artifacts like
you just seen right there a little bit back it looks like they're like little
shovels digging digging stuff up and outside of Rome ruins and there's
probably inside of Rome probably outside of Rome those broken walls that pyramid
is still there it's I think they leveled out the ground more covered up
the buried the pyramid more this is Belbeck a few of these pictures have
been Belbeck some of the photos the recent photos that's Belbeck found some
old drawings and paintings also of Belbeck and that is all for tonight I
am working on a lot of really good movies but I really wanted to get
something out for you and this is something love you thank you all
