Hello everyone, in this video I will summarize all the basic electrical circuits in a common cooktop
Through it, we will understand the principle of operation of each circuit
It will serve the work of more effective repair
First, I want to talk about the principle of operation of the cooktop
The cooktop operates based on the principle of the Foucault series
If you want to know what the Foucault series is, you can google it
The 220V power supply of the cooktop will be converted to DC about 300V
From this 300V DC power supply, it will be passed through a winding
After that, an IGBT will be closed and opened continuously
To convert that 300V DC power to a DC current flowing through the winding
With a consumption current of 5-10A
When the cooktop has a continuous change of current, it will generate a DC magnetic field
It is combined with ferrite bars at the bottom of the cooktop
When the magnetic field is generated, the magnetic field is perpendicular to the bottom of the cooktop
The bottom of the cooktop is the magnetic field of ferrite
The magnetic field of ferrite is the magnetic field of the cooktop
The bottom of the cooktop is the magnetic field of ferrite
The magnetic field of ferrite is perpendicular to the bottom of the cooktop
The bottom of the cooktop will generate heat
The heat generated by the bottom of the cooktop will be transferred to the inside of the cooktop
The bottom of the cooktop is the magnetic field of ferrite
The magnetic field of ferrite is perpendicular to the bottom of the cooktop
To control the IGBT to be closed and opened continuously
With a very large consumption current, there must be a circuit to control
This circuit is called MCU
Inside the MCU, the manufacturer has created a control program
Inside the MCU, there is a running software
There are pins to receive signals from external circuits
The pins to receive signals from external circuits are drawn as names
Through these signals, the MCU will process
Through the software, the MCU will generate signals for the external circuits
The MCU will generate signals for the external circuits
I have already made a video about this power supply, so I won't talk about it here.
If you want to know more about this power supply, you can watch my previous video.
The second line of the power supply will go to the power supply circuit.
There is a 15A to 20A rectifier.
The rectifier will be connected to the amplifier.
The amplifier will go through a L-shaped circuit.
The circuit will bring the power from the amplifier to the resistor.
The 300V resistor will be connected to the C pin of the IGBT and will wait for the circuit to stop.
And when the circuit is broken, the resistor will be isolated again by a green LED.
Now I will talk about each circuit
The first circuit is the input AC voltage
This circuit is used to measure the input voltage for MCU
MCU will know whether the input voltage is enough for the kitchen to work or not
If the input voltage is too high or too low, it will report an error and not let it run
There are some kitchens that I have seen
When the voltage is below 200V, the kitchen only works at low power
The power supply is only about 6A when I set it to the highest power
On this circuit, the input AC voltage is drawn as a component on the main media
Of course, I have omitted the necessary components
I only put the important components for us to analyze
The app will take this D3 and put the 1-axis signal at this position
It does not go through the cabinet
The 1-axis signal here will have an increase in frequency like this
Because it is adjusted to 2.5V, it will change like this
The 1-axis signal will go through a 240K resistor and will be divided into 2 lines
The first line goes through the 240K resistor and the 1.2V resistor
It goes to the 1-axis of the MCU
I think this 1-axis will receive the 1-axis voltage modulation
I think there will be a processing circuit inside
To know what the input voltage is
Because if the input voltage is too low
It will not ensure the stability of the DC voltage of this power supply
Because the low voltage will adjust the current with a small capacitor
It does not ensure the 1-axis voltage
And another line goes through the 240K resistor
And it has a 10mF capacitor
This line is used to measure the large and small voltage of the power supply
Because it has a capacitor
It creates a delay with fast voltage change
If the input voltage is too high or too low
The power supply will not work
And if the components on the AC circuit are defective
For example, the ground current
The power supply will not work
I often meet with MENIA
When the ground current is broken
The power supply still works normally
But when the power supply is broken
The power supply will not work
And when the power supply is turned on
It will show errors on the screen
For example, the Cycle SK2006
When there is an error on this line
It will show E5 or E6
E5 shows low voltage
E6 shows high voltage
The ground circuit is where the control circuits are made
The control circuit that we control
Will be sent to MCU
The MCU will execute the control circuit
And the MCU will display the operating parameters
And the error code will be returned to the ground circuit
The MCU and the ground circuit are connected in 2 directions
In the press-button kitchen
It is not a touch screen
They usually use ICs TM1668 or 1628
This is an IC that handles the pin signal
3. Heat transfer
In the press-button kitchen
The MCU receives 2 heat transfers
One is in the middle of the press-button
And the other is in the YYBT
And the other is in the middle of the press-button
In the middle of the press-button
It will detect the temperature of the glass
As well as at the bottom of the pot
When the temperature at the bottom of the pot is too high
It will make a noise
To prevent the user from cooking
To prevent the water from burning
I feel the temperature on this line
There is a heat transfer
When the temperature at the bottom of the pot is too high
It will detect the temperature at the bottom of the pot
When the temperature at the bottom of the pot is too high
It will detect the temperature at the bottom of the pot
When the temperature at the bottom of the pot is too high
It will detect the temperature at the bottom of the pot
When the temperature at the bottom of the pot is too high
It will detect the temperature at the bottom of the pot
Now, I will tell you how to fix this problem
I will use the IP address cable
And I will connect it to a network
And I will change the power
And when I cook
1800W
And when the water starts to boil, the display screen is still 1800W
But the EVT shock has decreased to 6A
So it knows that the water has boiled, it will automatically reduce the power
The second heat sink is installed in this piece of aluminum
It is located on the body of the EVT
And like some models, it is installed at the position of the E-pin
I have already removed it
It is installed at the position of the E-pin of the EVT
The purpose is to feel the temperature of the EVT
When the temperature is too high, it will stop the EVT
To protect the EVT
The principle of this circuit is different
Because each kitchen has a different design
The principle of this circuit is that the voltage is 5V
When the voltage is too high, it will stop the EVT
And the heat sink will run out of power
At that time, the heat sink will not generate heat
Because the EVT is locked
The fourth is the heat sink
The EVT and the 20A bridge
When it is in operation with a large consumer range
It generates a lot of heat
In addition to the heat sink, there is also a fan to cool it
In the EVT, the fan uses 18V power
The 18V power will go to the fan bed
And go to the fan bed
Then it goes to the C pin of the 8050
Wait for the C pin of the 8050 to open the fan
The fan will run
When you turn on the fan
When the fan is running, the voltage will go up to 5V
The fan will not stop right away
Then it will give the command at the control leg of the fan to go back to zero
At the zero point, at the B leg, the fan loses pressure, it will lock the car, then the fan will stop
When the fan stops, it will generate a reverse current
In the fan, there is a wire that is running and stopping, then the wire generates a reverse voltage
It will generate a reverse current to stop the fan
In the two legs of the fan, there is a reverse diode
Especially in the support fan, the MCU will recognize the temperature of the IGBT to adjust the fan speed
When the fan is not too hot, the MCU will put the voltage at the control leg of the fan, the voltage is low, the 8050 fan will run small
When the temperature of the fan increases, the voltage at the control leg of the fan will increase, the speed of the 8050 fan will increase and the fan will run a little faster
When the fan is running at the highest temperature, the voltage at the control leg of the fan is 5v, the 8050 fan will open the fan and the fan will run the fastest
