Hello, I'm Peter Duong, nice to meet you all.
Do you know where is the most bloody battle in the history of mankind?
Where is the blackest creature you can find on earth?
Or the world's most powerful super engine?
How many horses are stronger than it?
Of course, you don't know.
Welcome to The World's Scariest Part 5
The Bloody Battle
The Black Hole is considered the blackest entity in the universe
and also the only good black entity in the universe
until now when 100% of the light is absorbed into it
The blackest artificial substance on earth is called Vantablack
which can absorb up to 99.965% of the light in the universe
Accordingly, the light coming to Vantablack
instead of being reversed
will be retained and deflected continuously
in the tube of this substance
From there, it is either completely absorbed
or transformed into light
Back to the black hole
Because it has a perfect blackness
a black hole, in theory, cannot be observed with the naked eye
However, scientists can still determine the position of a black hole
through its effects on the substances around it
Take for example, when gas clouds
from nearby stars are sucked into a black hole
Attractive energy, originally called gravitational energy
will heat them up to millions of degrees C
causing them to emit x-rays
Scientists can detect these x-rays
and then locate the black holes
Or simply, light from the sources of light in the universe
For example, from a galaxy or from a cluster of galaxies
to the earth will be deflected
if it accidentally passes through a black hole
creating attractive spectra
originally called gravitational lens or gravitational lensing
These attractive spectra
can be observed from the earth
or through cosmic spectra
From there, we can detect black holes
Speaking of the second black hole
Many people will remember that the US
dropped two Little Boy and Fat Man
to Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan
on August 6th and 9th, 1945
Killing 129,000 to 226,000 people
Most of them were civilians
Would you be surprised if I said
that the two atomic bombs in Japan
were nothing compared to the bloodiest event in World War II?
So, the Stalingrad battle
from August 23rd, 1942
to February 2nd, 1943
was the biggest and bloodiest battle
in the history of human history
Accordingly, in 5 months, 1 week, 3 days
1,040,000 Germans and Allies
Italy, Romania, Hungary and Croatia
fought against 1,143,000 Soviet troops
to take control of Stalingrad
which is now the city of Volgograd in southern Germany
In the end, the Soviet Union was the winner
but also suffered more
with 1,129,619 casualties
compared to 647,300 to 868,347 Germans and Allies
with a total of more than 1.8 million people
And to give you an idea
the Stalingrad battle
averaged 11,250 soldiers
equal to about a regiment of soldiers
died and were injured
Detailed information about this battle
is likely to appear in a video with the topic of war
which is very likely that we will do in the future
Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird
is a long-range strategic reconnaissance aircraft
operated by the US Air Force and NASA
It is famous for its high-altitude flight
up to 24 km
which is about 2.4 times
compared to the cruising altitude of an aircraft
with the maximum speed recorded on July 28, 1976
up to 3,529.6 km per hour
about 4 times the cruising speed
of a Boeing 747
and about 2.86 times the speed of sound
as well as the highest speed
The Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird
is the first aircraft to use
an aircraft engine
designed to reach
and even pass Mach 3.2
which is about 3,951.36 km per hour
High altitude flight
and high speed
make the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird
basically absolutely safe
in its reconnaissance missions
Accordingly, when the radar detects
a ground-to-air missile being launched
the US Air Force pilots
often have to stay in the cockpit
like in the Hollywood movies
They just need to raise the altitude
at the same time
and launch the missile
In fact, this method is very effective
The evidence is the time spent
in the process
from 1966 to 1999
But the SR-71
has humiliated all the missiles
that have been launched
with an estimated number of nearly 1,000
Of course, as an American,
people estimate themselves
That's why in the total
of 32 Blackbirds ever produced
only 12 were dropped
and all fell by themselves
without any being shot
Back to speed
While 3,529.6 km per hour
is the highest speed
of a jet aircraft
using an engine
that can reach
7,274 km per hour
The SR-71 is a record
in terms of speed
for a jet aircraft
This record was established
in October 1967
at an altitude of 31,120 m
by a Blackbird XC-15
a supersonic aircraft
under the XC-PLAN project
of the US Air Force and NASA
Also note that
XC-15 is a unique aircraft
when pushed into the air
by missiles
And also because it has
a jet engine
that doesn't need air to operate
This aircraft can climb
up to 80 km
where there is too little air
for other normal aircraft to reach
Still convenient to talk about Blackbird XC-15
In addition to being fast
this young man is quite a beast
when his jet engine
only has enough fuel to fly for a few minutes
At the same time, the process of cutting
the wings of this aircraft
from the ground
to the air
and from the cockpit of another aircraft
Horsepower
in English
means
horsepower
So
we can understand
a Lamborghini Aventador LP704
with a V12 engine
with a 6.5 liter engine
produces up to 690 horsepower
which is equivalent
to 690 horses
right?
No!
In fact,
horsepower is a unit
to measure horsepower
or easier to understand
is to measure the speed of work
Now there are quite a lot of standards
and different types of horsepower in the world
The most popular is mechanical horsepower
with a mechanical horsepower
equivalent to 745.7 watts
and metric horsepower
with a metric horsepower
equivalent to 735.5 watts
Or to make it easier for you to imagine
a horsepower is the energy needed
to lift a 75 kg block
up to 1 meter
in about 1 second
Accordingly, many people have the illusion
that each horsepower is equivalent
to the pulling force of a horse
100 horsepower equals 100 horses
In the past, people
Ah! No! Western people
Ah! No! People in the West
often compared the power of
modern machines
with the pulling force of N horses
For example, this machine
can replace 2 horses
or that machine can replace 1,800 horses
until James Watt
officially joined it
at the end of the 18th century
In short,
a horsepower is not equivalent
to a horse
And if you are about 14.9 horses
or 14.9 horsepower
And if you are still curious
then a strong person
produces an average power
of about 0.1 horsepower
at all times of the day
and a maximum of about 1.2 horses
when working hard for a short time
For example,
Usain Bolt, an unusual person
used to reach a maximum power
of about 3.5 horsepower
and a maximum speed of 0.89 seconds
at 100mph
which he set the world record
in 2009 with 9.58 seconds
When it comes to horsepower
there is a machine that owns
the most people in the world
Currently, it is called
Waxila Sunzer RTA96C
a 2-stroke super engine
used for super containers
The most advanced version
with its 14-cylinder
13.5 meters high
26.59 meters long
weighs more than 2,300 tons
which is more than 460 elephants
for adults
if you need something to imagine
Accordingly, RTA96C
is the largest and most powerful
diesel engine
ever created
with a maximum power
of about 107,390 horsepower
and a maximum speed
of about 3.0 miles per second
258 hours per day
To make it easier for you to imagine
the power of the RTA96C engine
is equivalent to
about 156 Lamborghini Aventador
LP704
which we mentioned above
