In 2017, in an area of ​​more than 250 square meters, Anh Quang invested more than 250 million VND to build 10 cages to raise catfish. Practical experience shows that catfish farming needs the meticulousness of the breeder from the selection of catfish to when it is ready to sell. In particular, to create the crunchiness for the fish, you need to go through 2 stages. Stage 1 uses normal catfish cage to raise commercial catfish. After the fish weighs from 1 to 1.5 kg, it is placed in a separate cage to be raised with crunch training technology. During this time, the fish will eat red beans or red beans for about 6 to 8 months. According to Anh Quang, before feeding the fish, the breeder must soak the beans with water for 12 to 24 hours. In particular, for the fish to be able to move from normal food to red beans, it must be trained by starving the fish for 3 to 5 days, then start feeding the fish red beans. The breeder must feed the fish with 0.03% of its body weight at 16 hours a day. When the fish is used to red beans, the breeder must increase the food intake by 1.5 to 3% of the fish in the tank. The food is the red beans to feed the fish, to create crunchiness. When the fish is small, we raise it to 2 to 2.5 kg and then we feed it with red beans. We feed it with red beans for a day, then we soak it for 2 to 4 hours. We soak the beans to make it easier to feed the fish. The beans are very hard at first, but when we soak them, they become larger, about 3 to 4 times larger than their original size. According to scientific research, red beans contain 31% of raw protein, while fat-rich lipids contain less than 0.5%, along with 8 types of amino acids and 40% of protein. Therefore, after eating red beans for about 6 to 8 months, the meat will be tough and crunchy. The principle of red beans is that the amount of amino acids in the red beans has a high ratio compared to other types of beans. It has a very high ratio. So when the fish uses red beans with a high ratio of amino acids, the meat will be tougher. The process of making red beans takes about 3 to 5 months, depending on the fish and how it is taken care of. It usually takes about 3 to 5 months for the fish to become tough and crunchy. The red beans will turn from being tough to being crunchy. The red beans make the fish more expensive by 2 to 3 times the price. A 100-meter-long fish tank can hold 900 bass. And for whelk, a 1,600-ton bass can hold 1-1.5 kg. According to Mr. Quang's calculation, each tank will yield about 2 tons of crispy bass. And with the current market price the cost of raising 10 cows would be about 4 billion VND. In addition to the cost of raising 10 cows, each family would receive about 2 billion VND. In order to reduce the cost of raising 10 cows, the project also supports a part of the cost for them to make cows with HDPE plastic. This is a type of plastic that can withstand external effects such as temperature, climate or in the water environment, so its life span will be from 20 to 30 years. In addition, this plastic is also very easy to make frames for cages. If in the past, households used bamboo, wood and plastic boxes to make cages, then the application of this plastic will bring economic benefits and labor is clearly visible. The material used to make these frames is HDPE plastic. HDPE plastic has an ingredient that is anti-pollutant, so it does not oxidize. The traditional cage is made of wood, so when there is a storm, it is often broken, or when there is a flood, it is often broken. It damages the hair and the skin of the fish. The advantage of HDPE plastic is that it has a 1-meter-high rail around the hair, so the fish can jump out. Secondly, the people who go back to the cage will not be overwhelmed. The project uses science and technology to build a test model for raising dead fish, which is based on HDPE plastic technology and has been deployed on Ha Tinh's site since 2017. The project was carried out by the Science and Technology Department of the Nguyen An Aquaculture Science and Technology Service Company. In the first step, there were three households involved, and the first step was clearly visible. The success of these models has opened up a new path for less effective aquaculture areas, contributing to promoting related development, creating fresh food sources, and high nutrition content for the market. The Science and Technology Department of Ha Tinh has approved and agreed to deploy the project in the direction of expanding this model. The facility will support 30% of the total investment to build the model. Now we have a practical science facility on the technology of raising hair, the technology of raising both dead fish and dead fish. So how can we develop it in the big picture, and then develop the economic conditions for the people? We see that, especially the Humanities Committee, the Science and Technology Department, the Agriculture Department, and the Ministry of Environment must work together to help the people. The first step is to plan and plan how to implement the policy to develop this big power source and implement this technology. Because this is a technology that does not require a lot of money, that the people can use to develop the economy in a very large power potential that we can develop.
