2023 Ford Mustang Premium in 3 Minutes

Hey guys, my name's Luke Raymer. I'm here at Courtesy Ford Lincoln. Today we're looking at the 2023 Mustang GT Premium Convertible. Starting in the front, the Mustang gets its 5 liter V8 that pushes out 450 horsepower and 420 pound feet of torque. This particular Mustang GT has the GT Performance Package, which gives us six piston Brembo caliper brakes to stop the car in a dime. 19 by 9 1⁄2 rear wheels to put the power down to the road, heavy duty front springs, a bigger radiator, and the gauge package, which shows us oil pressure and vacuum. The active valve performance exhaust system lets us hear the roaring V8, but also allows us to be quiet when we need to. This Mustang has the MagneRide damping system, which reacts to changing road conditions, which makes for a smooth and balanced ride. Getting into the GT here, I'm sitting in these nice leather bucket seats that come heated and cooled with white stitching. The driver's seat gets three memory settings. Now, this Mustang gets the upgraded B&O sound system with 12 speakers. The interior of this car is absolutely gorgeous. Looking at this 12 inch digital instrument cluster, the Premium comes with a handful of performance features, such as line lock, which locks the front brakes so you can do burnouts to warm up the tires, an acceleration timer to see how quick you are off the line. You have a lap timer, auto rev match, which actually works really well. It makes those downshifts crisp and clean. You get launch control, and we can change which gauges we want to see. Our six-speed manual has a short shifter for faster gear changes. Now, the Mustang Premium does get adaptive cruise control and lane centering, as well as an eight-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation, push to start button, toggle switches, including steering and drive modes, dual climate zone, aluminum foot pedals, and the convertible roof. If we look beside the steering wheel, we get this cool hidden compartment here that can hold change, pens. It's just pretty neat that you get extra little storage here. It's nice that the Mustang still gets a manual e-brake instead of an electric one. And behind our e-brake, we have the glove box with two power sources. We have three automatic garage door openers, and our trunk has a decent amount of room.
