I don't think you can see it anymore, but in the past, milk was delivered in a wooden box like this. You can also turn this milk box into a pot. This time, I would like to plant Viola, which I bought for the first time this season. I brought a wooden box from my parents' house. You can also turn a wooden box into a pot, so please refer to it. As you can see, this milk box has a hole in the bottom like this. It's easy to drain the water, so you don't have to drill a hole in the bottom. However, if you have a wooden box at home and there is no hole in the bottom, make sure to drill a hole in several places with a saw to see if you can drain the water. First of all, I will put the potting soil. I will use the potting soil that I put in the water-draining net for the kitchen. It's enough to spread it thinly so that you can't see the bottom. I'm going to put the soil in the pot. If you are worried about the soil sticking to the side of the tree, you can protect the side of the tree with a coconut fiber or a coconut sheet. This time, I will put the soil in the pot directly. Let's use the soil that is good for water-draining. I put 20-30% of Akadama soil in the biodegradable soil. I will use this plus driver that I also bought at DAISO. I will make a hole-only hole. Heat the tip with a gas burner and make a hole with heat. I heated it for about 30 seconds. Please be careful not to burn yourself. I like to drain a lot of water, so I'll make a lot of holes. As long as the water comes out, I'll make a hole all over. I made 23 holes. Like this. Now it's ready to be planted. To make it more water-repellent, I'll put in a stone. It's really thin. I'll put the soil on top of this. I'll use a good water-repellent soil. Let's plant this Hanaroman. I'll put pink in the middle. When watering, check if the water is drained properly. You can use a plastic container like this as a basket or a bucket instead of a bowl. Of course, there is no hole at the bottom, so you need to make a hole to drain the water. It's made of plastic, so it won't rot. It's durable and easy to use.
