Hello everyone! Welcome back to my channel, Viva Rocher!
Today I'm going to show you how to crochet a Christmas tree
Let's get started!
I'm using 2 yarns of different colors
and 1 yarn of 125g
I'm using 6mm and 3.5mm hook
First, use 6mm and 3.5mm hook to make a magic ring
The first step is to place 2 fingers together like this
Then, wrap the 2 fingers around the ring
After you've made a hole like this
Take the ring out of the 2 fingers
Insert the hook into the hole
Pull the yarn through the hole
and make a chain stitch
From here, insert the hook into the hole
and make 8 single stitches
After you've made 8 single stitches
To make the ring tighter,
take the yarn out of the 2 fingers
and pull the yarn through the hole
That's it for the first round
You should have 8 stitches
To finish the first round,
insert the hook into the first stitch
Pull the yarn through the first stitch
and make a double crochet
In the second round,
you should increase the number of stitches
Here's how to make the second round
First, make 3 chain stitches
Then, insert the hook into the first stitch
and make a double crochet
Then, insert the hook into the second stitch
and make 2 double crochets
In the second round,
insert the hook into the first stitch
and make 2 double crochets
Repeat until the end of the second round
After you've finished the second round
You should have 16 stitches
To finish the second round,
insert the hook into the first stitch
Pull the yarn through the first stitch
and make a double crochet
In the third round,
you should increase the number of stitches
Here's how to make the second round
First, make 3 chain stitches
Then, insert the hook into the first stitch
and make 2 double crochets
Repeat until the end of the third round
After you've finished the second round
You should have 16 stitches
In the third round,
you should increase the number of stitches
Repeat until the end of the third round
After you've finished the third round
You should have 16 stitches
To finish the third round,
insert the hook into the first stitch
Pull the yarn through the first stitch
and make a double crochet
In the fourth round,
you should increase the number of stitches
Here's how to make the fourth round
First, make 3 chain stitches
Then, insert the hook into the second stitch
and make 2 double crochets
Repeat until the end of the third round
After you've finished the third round
You should have 16 stitches
In the fourth round,
you should increase the number of stitches
Repeat until the end of the third round
After you've finished the fourth round
You should have 16 stitches
To finish the fourth round,
insert the hook into the first stitch
and make a double crochet
Repeat until the end of the fourth round
After you've finished the fourth round
You should have 16 stitches
To finish the fifth round,
you should increase the number of stitches
Repeat until the end of the fifth round
After you've finished the fifth round
You should have 16 stitches
To finish the fifth round,
insert the hook into the first stitch
To finish the sixth round,
you should make 3 chain stitches
Then, insert the hook into the second stitch
and make a double crochet
Then, insert the hook into the third stitch
and make 2 double crochets
Then, insert the hook into the fourth stitch
and the fifth stitch
and make 2 double crochets
Then, insert the hook into the sixth stitch
and make 2 double crochets
Repeat until the end of the sixth round
After you've finished the sixth round
You should have 32 stitches
To finish the sixth round,
Crochet 7 rows
Why do I say this is the seventh row?
Because in this seven raw we are not going to increase the number of stitches
we close the third single crochet
in the same order
After you've finished the seventh row
After you finish row 8, you will have 24 stitches left, and you have to make a slip stitch to finish row 8.
If you have a lot of stitches left, you will have to make a slip stitch to finish row 8.
