Macomb, value creates brand.
Hello everyone, welcome to Macomb's beautiful house.
Today, Nhat An will continue to introduce you to a new house designed and built by Macomb.
It is a two-story Japanese-style house with the initials of Mr. Nguyen Van Khuong's family in Nghe An.
If we look at the development in terms of history,
the house is like all the other vehicles around us.
It has developed and changed over the years.
For example, in the past, we used a very large computer, right?
There was a CPU and a very large screen.
After that, we turned it into a machine with a smaller screen.
And now we use laptops, MacBooks, super thin, super light, very convenient.
The same is true for the house.
That is, through each period, based on the development of society, as well as the demands of the owners,
there have been changes over time.
In the past, in Europe, they were famous for their classic style.
In the period of Greek architecture and Roman architecture,
today we will gradually move to the new classic style.
It still has antiquity, but it also has modernity.
And the most special thing is the modern style, which is the style that is closest to our modern era.
And after this, who knows, right?
There will be other styles.
Surely at that time, we will update continuously so that you can introduce yourself.
And now, the YouTube channel of MAKHON and NHAI DEP MAKHON,
we have only developed two styles of architecture, which are new classic and modern.
I see a lot of different houses with these two styles.
In addition, if you are interested in the interior,
you can also visit the MAKHON channel.
This is also a channel where we continuously update the interior models to introduce to you.
And these interior models will also be connected to the exterior of MAKHON.
So these are two parts that can never be missing.
So let's update both of them.
In addition, there is a problem that I have to mention again and again.
That is the issue of promotion.
Because of course, this is a problem that I think many customers will care about.
That is, if today I sign a contract with MAKHON, what will I get?
I would also like to share that you will receive a 3-8% discount on the value of the construction
when you sign a contract 3 months in advance and receive a 2021 SH125Y car
as well as attractive gifts up to 30 million VND when signing a contract with MAKHON.
A lot of attractive gifts are waiting for you.
So if you have already made friends with your family,
we have agreed and we have saved some money for our family.
Don't hesitate to contact MAKHON to own these gifts as well as have a beautiful house.
Back to our main topic today, I will introduce you to the house model of Mr. Khuong in Nghe An.
With this house, my first strong impression of this house is the color.
You can see that the color tone of this house will be a little bit of a cold tone.
With the colors, I would like to share again that we will have 3 main colors.
The first is hot, the second is cold, and the third is neutral.
Corresponding to the color table, we usually see cold tones, blue tones, green tones.
Those tones that we feel when we look at them, we will feel strong and vigorous.
As for hot tones, we feel dynamic and lively.
For example, red tones, yellow tones, orange tones, pink tones, for example.
What about neutral tones?
Neutral tones are colors such as white, gray, black.
That is, it is neutral.
When we look at it, we can't see that it's not cold, it's not hot.
And the neutral tone is currently loved a lot.
With this house, why did I conclude that this is a cold tone?
Because right from the top, the roof, we use Japanese roof tiles and Fuji roof tiles.
And here is dark blue.
Below the paint wall, I will use 2 main tones, blue and white.
So most of the feeling when we look at this house, it will be a little cold.
And this cold tone has made Mr. Khuong's house feel strong and very modern.
A highlight of Khuong's house that I can't miss is the flower bed on the second floor.
We designed this flower bed in the form of concrete and we painted it white.
As I said, we have a lot of materials to choose from.
It can be made of concrete, it can be made of plastic wood, or it can be made of iron.
But here, when we make it like concrete, like Mr. Khuong's house, it will bring the most certainty to our flower bed.
Because although the flower bed is just a part of the house, it only decorates the house,
but it also needs to ensure safety because we will live in the space below.
So if the flower bed is not well built, it will shake or the wind is strong,
it will shake and we will not be at ease to sit below, right?
So the white concrete flower bed of Mr. Khuong's house is very suitable.
On the top, to cover the rain and the sun, we will install a 12mm thick reinforced glass to combine this flower bed.
And in the flower bed area, for example, in the 3D image, you can see that we will hang two small flower pots here.
In fact, the owners can also handle the flower bed in many different ways.
There are owners who are very creative.
They will plant a whole kind of clover tree, for example, a paper flower tree,
to plant a whole green area to hug the flower bed.
Very beautiful.
Or there are owners who have come to the place and shared that they really like to plant orchids,
so they will hang a lot of orchids here later.
Those are all very good ideas and we can decorate the space.
It feels like we will have more vitality.
The next outstanding feature of Mr. Khuong's house is the variety of materials.
First, it is the inax brick material.
We will use the inax brick here in the positions that you have discovered in the 3D image.
That is above and below the window, right on the front, or a part of the side of the house,
or right next to the two columns of the house, we also hang the inax brick here.
And what are the advantages of the inax brick that is used so much?
I would like to share it again, I have said it many times.
That is the inax brick, it will be heated at a temperature of 1200 degrees C,
so it has a very high hardness and it originates from Japan.
As you know, Japan will prioritize quality a lot,
so when we hang the inax brick, we will see that the hardness is much higher than other types of bricks.
Next, under the wall, we will hang two types of stones.
In front is a black stone with a cloud pattern, can you see it?
Right at the bottom of the two columns,
and a part of the front wall, we will hang the stone.
Here, it can be used granite stone with black color and cloud pattern.
In addition, to avoid monotony,
instead of hanging this type of stone deep outside,
the architect wants to change a little bit,
so they will hang the inax stone with cloud pattern, can you see it?
This inax stone will also help protect our wall,
secondly, it helps decorate the house very beautifully.
And right at this inax stone, we also make a small garden,
grow trees, grow flowers here.
Do you think it's very beautiful?
And these small gardens combined with the flowers will bring a very beautiful green color to Mr. Khuong's house.
Finally, I have to talk about the door of Mr. Khuong's house.
The main door here, we use the main door of Nam Phi wood,
a type of wood that is very popular today.
The rest of the systems, from the window door, the second floor door, the balcony door,
the back door, the side door, etc.
We all use the door of Nhon Hai Sinh Phan.
So, what are the advantages of Nhon Hai Sinh Phan, and why is it used so much?
First, it is a good soundproofing and heating system.
Because the door of Nhon Hai Sinh Phan has a structure of a wide Nhon Hai Sinh Phan,
to increase the ability of soundproofing and heating for the door.
In addition, with the IPDM window,
the glass will help the door of Nhon Hai Sinh Phan soundproof better,
bringing a quieter space.
When we sit inside, we don't want to sit inside the house,
and hear too many car sounds or the sounds of the surrounding houses, right?
So, soundproofing and heating are very necessary.
Second, the door of Nhon Hai Sinh Phan will be soft, firm and durable,
without being bent, wrinkled, wrinkled, and wrinkled over time.
And it can withstand many different weather conditions,
even the harshest weather.
In addition, we use corner-pressing technology to connect the walls,
bringing soundproof and durability for the door,
avoiding a maximum impact and danger to users.
And the third feature of Nhon Hai Sin Phan,
which I would like to mention,
is its aesthetic style.
Because the colors of Nhon Hai Sinh Phan are very diverse.
There are white, brown, coffee, wooden, black, and marble.
We use marble here.
It helps the paint layer to be shiny and enhance the beauty of this door.
And finally, a feature that I think is very necessary is that it is safe when it is on fire.
The disadvantage is that here is special with the fact that it is heat-resistant,
so the Symfa door is heat-resistant and when it meets a fire below 1000 degrees C,
the door will not be deformed, limiting the spread of fire to other areas.
This is a very big advantage for your home if you use a Symfa door.
Alright, that's all about the exterior design of Mr. Khuong's house.
Next, I will read Mr. Khuong's technical documents,
construction documents and electricity and water documents to see how the house will be built.
First, I will go through Mr. Khuong's technical design documents.
This is a family home.
The investor is Mr. Nguyen Van Khuong.
The location is Thanh Xuan, Thanh Chuong, Nghe An.
Below are Mr. Bui Van Hoang, Mr. Kim Duyet Trinh Van Duong,
and Mr. Le Duy Tuan.
All the information is displayed very clearly.
You can see it here.
Next, below is a list of architectural drawings.
Mr. Khuong's house will have a total of 38 pages corresponding to the face of the house.
And today, besides the main pages, I will read more about the details of the house.
Next, we will read about the construction location.
With Mr. Khuong's house here, you can see the dotted lines outside.
This is Mr. Khuong's land area.
And the house will be here.
And the house is designed quite close to the road.
From the house side, we go to the road outside, it's only about 5 meters.
And the gate will be designed on one side.
With this house, I guess where is the front face?
We have to be able to determine.
This is very important.
Because when we read the drawing, the front face of the house will decide a lot.
If the owner's fate is in line with that direction or not,
then whether to bring luck or not, the front face will decide a lot.
So we have to be able to determine.
Here, many people will be confused with the direction of the door on both sides.
But this is actually the side.
And the front face will be the direction that has 4 windows.
This is the front face.
And this front face, if you compare it with the pepper flowers,
there is a letter B on the right.
This will be the north-east direction.
That is, it points to the right and it points up.
It corresponds to the east and the north, so it overlaps with the north-east direction.
Below, I will read the interior layout.
The two-story house will be read by two different drawings.
And as usual, I can't help but talk about the size, length and width of the house.
With Mr. Khuong's house, the length will be 16.98m and the width will be 9.58m.
From there, he calculated the area of use of the whole house is about 220 square meters.
This is the uncalculated area, everyone.
As for the function, on the first floor, you can see right next to this arrow, it points to the front face.
When we step in, we will meet the guest room.
Then there is the dining room.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a bathroom.
And the house will have three access passages.
A passage from the main door to the guest room.
A passage from the dining room to the mansion.
And a passage from the back door to the outside.
These three passages will help the house keep the air flow.
A small point I want to say is that between the guest room and the dining room, we have placed a wooden frame here.
What is it for?
To help us avoid the phenomenon of three-eyed, that is, just open the door and see the kitchen right away, it is not good.
So it is very suitable for Feng Shui.
Next, we come to the second floor of the mansion.
The second floor will include a prayer room with an open door on the balcony.
There are four bedrooms and a bathroom here.
There is also a garden area.
In general, the number of bedrooms will depend on the needs of each family.
If the family is crowded, they will need more bedrooms.
If the family is very large, but they only want three bedrooms, then it will depend on the choice of each owner.
The architect will come up with a suitable design.
Now I will talk about the facade of the house.
Here I choose the AC tile facade.
With the facade, we will know the height as well as the material.
With this facade, from the ceiling to the roof is 10m.
From the ceiling from 1 to the ceiling from 2 is 3.9m.
From the ceiling from 2 to the roof is 3.6m.
And from the ceiling to the ceiling is 75cm.
Corresponding to 5 levels of 3 levels, each level is 15cm.
Very reasonable.
Below, as I said, we will mark that there are 6 numbers corresponding to 6 materials and colors.
For example, number 2 is the stone wall.
Number 5 is the paint wall, color 3656D.
Or number 4 is the stainless steel wall.
We have marked each number on the drawing.
You can compare and observe.
Next, I will talk about the facade of the house.
Here I will choose the BB facade, which is looking from the side.
With this facade, once again we will see the floors we have poured concrete and steel.
The roof floor here we also poured concrete concrete and steel.
And poured in the roof frame to keep our house.
First, it is heat-resistant.
Second, it is dust-resistant.
It is better than we just put up the tiles and hang the roof.
But it will make the house hot and not protect our house well.
Here, on this roof, we have a hole.
Do you see what it is?
This is the door to visit the roof.
On this roof, we can make a warehouse.
For example, many families will hide the water tank to be safer.
Instead of leaving it outside, they can leave it in here and calculate the water pressure.
In general, it depends on the owner's choice.
And as I said earlier, I will read more about the details of the house on page KT19.
Here are the details of the door.
The size is 2.5m x 2.7m and the number is 1 set.
Up here, we have the facade and the cut of the door.
There is a 30mm thick wooden panel.
Inox door handle.
As you can see, the design of the door is always beautiful and luxurious.
As for the cut and the stand, there are parameters that you can check.
For example, you can check the size of the water pipe.
But please note that we have to remove the fixed parts such as the tiles.
Then we will have a suitable water pipe size.
As for the next technical document, I will read the structure of Mr. Khuong's house.
With the flat surface here, we can determine that Mr. Khuong's house uses reinforced concrete slabs.
What are the advantages of reinforced concrete slabs?
First, it ensures the transmission of the structure evenly to the concrete slabs below.
Second, it reduces pressure at the bottom of the slabs.
And when you can't use single slabs, people will choose reinforced concrete slabs.
Therefore, reinforced concrete slabs are the most commonly used slabs in residential houses today.
And reinforced concrete slabs should help to prevent uneven slabs between the pillars.
For many reasons.
And with the characteristics of Mr. Khuong's house,
the architect decided to use reinforced concrete slabs for Mr. Khuong's house.
Finally, I will read Mr. Khuong's electricity and water documents.
Today, I will review.
With the electricity and water documents, there are many drawings related to electricity and water.
Today, I will review the ventilation light of the second floor.
And just like its name, we will see.
First, in the morning, I can see the position of the light.
Second, the position of the ventilation holes.
Here, we have marked right below.
For example, the letters L25, L35.
What is it?
It is a 9-watt D10 downlight light.
And outside, in some positions.
For example, on the wall, we will mark that there is a D250 optical lamp.
And there are some lamps that are a little bit long.
This is a 0.6-meter-long LED light.
And the power is 18 watts.
As well as a 1.2-meter-long LED lamp with 36 watts.
Even this long LED lamp or a downlight lamp have their own advantages.
The downlight lamp has a more even light.
However, the light will not be as bright as the long lamp.
The long lamp will be less bright.
But in terms of power saving, the downlight lamp will definitely be better.
In general, it depends on the choice of the owner.
So, today, Nhat An has finished reviewing Mr. Khuong's house in Nghe An.
A house with a painting.
I think it is very eye-catching.
And I temporarily call it a national model.
Because it is always loved by you.
And if you want to design your house in the same way.
